【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的推廣和快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)超越了電視、廣播、報(bào)紙等傳統(tǒng)大眾傳播媒介,成為了高校大學(xué)生獲取知識(shí)和信息的最重要途徑,對大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、工作乃至價(jià)值觀念產(chǎn)生了廣泛而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。一方面,網(wǎng)絡(luò)給大學(xué)生提供了方便,但另一方面由于其虛擬性和疏于監(jiān)管,導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)上信息良莠不齊、真假難辨,許多不良甚至違法言論常見于網(wǎng)絡(luò)。大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)違法犯罪行為屢有發(fā)生,因此在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代背景下,針對高校大學(xué)生開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)法制教育就顯得尤其必要和重要了。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)法制教育是與傳統(tǒng)法制教育既存在區(qū)別又相互聯(lián)系的教育活動(dòng)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)法制教育包含兩層含義:一是傳統(tǒng)的法制教育利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一信息傳播媒介對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行法制教育,這是一種法制教育形式上的創(chuàng)新;二是要求大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)法律法規(guī),規(guī)范自己在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的行為,維護(hù)自身的合法權(quán)益,同網(wǎng)絡(luò)違法犯罪行為做斗爭。從這個(gè)層面來講,這是一種法制教育內(nèi)容上的創(chuàng)新。 因此,本論文針對以上這些問題,在介紹網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主要特征、大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法制教育內(nèi)容和意義的基礎(chǔ)上,分析大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為的表現(xiàn)和造成的原因,并尋求解決問題的對策和措施辦法。
[Abstract]:With the promotion and rapid development of the Internet, the network has surpassed the traditional mass media such as television, radio and newspaper, and has become the most important way for college students to obtain knowledge and information.Work and even values have had a wide and profound impact.On the one hand, the network provides college students with convenience, but on the other hand, because of its fictitious nature and lack of supervision, the information on the network is mixed, so it is difficult to distinguish the truth and falsehood. Many bad and even illegal remarks are common in the network.Under the background of the network times, it is particularly necessary and important to carry out network legal education for college students.Network legal education is a kind of educational activity which is different from traditional legal education.The network legal education includes two meanings: one is that the traditional legal education carries on the legal education to the university student by the network this information dissemination medium, this is one kind of legal system education form innovation;Second, college students are required to study the relevant laws and regulations on the network, standardize their behavior on the network, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and fight against the illegal and criminal acts of the network.From this level, this is a kind of legal education content innovation.Therefore, this paper aims at these problems, on the basis of introducing the main characteristics of the network, the content and significance of the legal education on the network of college students, analyzes the performance and causes of the behavior of college students' network anomie.And to seek solutions to the problem and measures.
