【摘要】：推動(dòng)司法體制改革,深化基層法治創(chuàng)新,構(gòu)建和諧鄉(xiāng)村是平安中國(guó)建設(shè)機(jī)制下的應(yīng)有之義。當(dāng)前基層社會(huì)治理法治效能始終難以滿足社會(huì)的需求,傳統(tǒng)基層法治建設(shè)問(wèn)題較多。在平安中國(guó)建設(shè)背景下,基層法治創(chuàng)新成為社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的必然趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to promote the reform of judicial system, deepen the innovation of grass-roots rule of law and build a harmonious countryside.At present, it is difficult to meet the needs of the society, and there are many problems in the construction of the rule of law at the traditional grass-roots level.Under the background of the peaceful construction of China, the innovation of the grass-roots rule of law has become the inevitable trend of the construction of the new socialist countryside.
