【摘要】：學界在民族殖民地問題理論的研究上,不僅存在著理論提出者究竟是列寧還是馬克思、恩格斯的不同觀點,在內容上還往往認為該理論只是指導殖民地半殖民地國家和地區(qū)民族革命運動的理論,而忽視了其中的民族問題理論。實際上,“民族和殖民地問題理論”這一名稱及其內容,均與列寧在共產國際“二大”上所提交的《民族和殖民地問題提綱初稿》分不開,應以列寧為該理論提出者。列寧所擬提綱初稿中,既包括殖民地的民族問題,也包括非殖民地的民族問題,在非殖民地的民族問題被忽視的前提下,將其余內容稱為“殖民地理論”或“殖民地民族問題理論”更為準確。
[Abstract]:In the study of the theory of the national colony, there are not only different viewpoints of whether Lenin or Marx, Engels are the proponents of the theory. In content, it is often thought that this theory is only the theory of guiding the national revolutionary movement in colonial and semi-colonial countries and regions, but neglecting the theory of national problems. As a matter of fact, the name and content of "theory of nationality and colonial issues" are inseparable from the preliminary draft of the outline on ethnic and Colonial issues submitted by Lenin at the second Congress of the Communist International, and Lenin should be taken as the initiator of the theory. In the first draft of Lenin's outline, both colonial and non-colonial ethnic problems were included, while the non-colonial ethnic problems were ignored. It is more accurate to call the rest "colonial theory" or "colonial nationality theory".
