【摘要】：鄧小平“南方談話”是黨史和國(guó)史上的重大事件,研究鄧小平理論離不開南方談話�！澳戏秸勗挕笔青囆∑嚼碚摰暮诵膬�(nèi)容,是鄧小平晚年思想的科學(xué)結(jié)晶。在中國(guó)改革開放處于十字路口的關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻,鄧小平來到南方視察,已經(jīng)退休了的他以特定的方式,在武昌、深圳、珠海和上海等地發(fā)表講話,海外媒體和港澳媒體很快把鄧小平南方視察談話內(nèi)容報(bào)道出去。談話經(jīng)過短暫的沉默之后,全國(guó)各大媒體紛紛宣傳報(bào)道“南方談話”內(nèi)容和精神,“南方談話”在全國(guó)引起共鳴。中央把“南方談話”精神寫入十四大報(bào)告,全國(guó)掀起學(xué)習(xí)“南方談話”精神的熱潮,中國(guó)新一輪的改革重新啟動(dòng)。本文除引言和結(jié)語之外共五章 第一章：“南方談話”的發(fā)生有其歷史必然性、偶然性和承前啟后性。從國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì),黨內(nèi)外思想狀況,鄧小平個(gè)人的獨(dú)特作用來探討“南方談話”發(fā)生的必然性；從時(shí)機(jī)、地利、人和,以及十字路口認(rèn)識(shí)、選擇、對(duì)待來探討“南方談話”發(fā)生的偶然性。站在新的起點(diǎn)探討“南方談話”的承前啟后性。 第二章：認(rèn)真研讀“南方談話”的基本內(nèi)容,科學(xué)把握“南方談話”的創(chuàng)新要點(diǎn),有助于繼承和弘揚(yáng)“南方談話”精神,克服其局限和不足。“南方談話”的主線是創(chuàng)新理論與堅(jiān)持路線,標(biāo)志著中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的奠基完成。 第三章：“南方談話”的語言風(fēng)格體現(xiàn)鄧小平堅(jiān)持改革開放的鮮明立場(chǎng)、堅(jiān)定態(tài)度做人行事風(fēng)格�！澳戏秸勗挕碧N(yùn)含著豐富的哲學(xué)思維,展現(xiàn)鄧小平務(wù)實(shí)精神和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能�！澳戏秸勗挕笨偨Y(jié)改革以來的理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)重大爭(zhēng)論從理論上作明確回答和系統(tǒng)論述,解除人民長(zhǎng)期困擾和束縛,確定深化改革的思路和原則。 第四章：科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)“南方談話”的地位和意義,以全新的角度和視野客觀評(píng)價(jià)“南方談話”的歷史地位,把握“南方談話”歷史意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義�！澳戏秸勗挕苯o后人留下無盡的尾聲,只要中國(guó)堅(jiān)持改革開放的主旋律不變,“南方談話”永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)過時(shí)。 第五章：“南方談話”的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值和當(dāng)代思考。充分挖掘“南方談話”蘊(yùn)含的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值,對(duì)豐富和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義,具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的指導(dǎo)意義。引發(fā)對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)關(guān)于深化改革開放難題的思考,改革再出發(fā),要堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)結(jié)合,找到突破口,既要深化改革開放,又要實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)全面轉(zhuǎn)型,為實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會(huì)的偉大目標(biāo)而奮斗。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's "Southern conversation" is an important event in the history of the Party and the country. The study of Deng Xiaoping theory can not be separated from the Southern conversation. Southern conversation is the core of Deng Xiaoping's theory and the scientific crystallization of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts in his later years. At the crucial moment when China's reform and opening policy was at a crossroads, Deng Xiaoping came to the South to inspect the region. Retired, he spoke in a specific way in Wuchang, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Shanghai. Overseas media and Hong Kong and Macao media soon Deng Xiaoping South inspection talks reported. After a brief silence, all major media throughout the country propagandized the contents and spirit of the Southern conversation, which resonated throughout the country. The Central Committee has written the spirit of the "South talk" into the report of the 14th National Congress of the people's Republic of China, a nationwide upsurge in studying the spirit of the "South talk", and a new round of reform in China has been restarted. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper consists of five chapters: the occurrence of "Southern conversation" has its historical inevitability, contingency and connecting with the past and the future. From the perspectives of the situation at home and abroad, the ideological situation inside and outside the Party, and the unique role of Deng Xiaoping, to explore the inevitability of the occurrence of the "Southern conversation," and to understand and choose from the point of view of the timing, geographical location, people and the crossroads, Treatment to explore the occurrence of "Southern conversation" contingency. Standing at a new starting point, this paper discusses the link between the past and the future. The second chapter: to study the basic contents of the "South talk" and scientifically grasp the innovative points of the "South talk" will help to inherit and carry forward the spirit of the "South talk" and overcome its limitations and shortcomings. The main line of the Southern talk is innovation theory and adherence to the line, marking the completion of the foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Chapter three: the language style of Southern conversation reflects Deng Xiaoping's stand of reform and opening up. The Southern conversation contains rich philosophical thinking and demonstrates Deng Xiaoping's pragmatism and leadership. The "South talk" summarizes the theoretical and practical experience since the reform, gives a clear answer and a systematic discussion on the major debates in theory, relieves the people's long-standing troubles and restraints, and determines the ideas and principles for deepening the reform. The fourth chapter: scientific understanding of the status and significance of the "Southern conversation", objective evaluation of the historical status of the "Southern conversation" from a new perspective and vision, and grasp the historical and practical significance of the "Southern conversation". As long as China insists on the main theme of reform and opening up, it will never be out of date. Chapter five: the realistic value and contemporary thinking of the Southern conversation. It is of great practical significance and long-term guiding significance to enrich and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics by fully excavating the realistic value contained in the Southern talk. Starting from the reform and opening up, we must adhere to the four points of combination, find a breakthrough, deepen the reform and opening up, and realize the overall transformation of society. We will strive to achieve the great goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
