【摘要】： 瑞典曾被譽為西方福利國家的櫥窗,以高福利支撐高消費的瑞典模式經(jīng)常被各國經(jīng)濟學(xué)家探討。瑞典經(jīng)濟學(xué)家瑞恩和梅德納在20世紀(jì)50年代提出的經(jīng)濟和工資政策被稱為Rehn-Meidner模式,它構(gòu)成了瑞典模式的核心,也是對瑞典模式的狹義定義。而該模式的黃金時期正是瑞典經(jīng)濟整體向好的階段,經(jīng)濟增長水平、就業(yè)率、勞動生產(chǎn)率等都處于發(fā)達國家的前列。瑞典模式受到經(jīng)濟學(xué)家的重視。本文首先描述了Rehn-Meidner模式產(chǎn)生的社會背景和理論基礎(chǔ),然后系統(tǒng)地了描述Rehn-Meidner模式的內(nèi)容,即在當(dāng)時特定的宏觀經(jīng)濟條件下提出的經(jīng)濟政策、積極的勞動力市場政策和與其他政策配合實施的團結(jié)的工資政策,隨后對該模式的運行效果進行分析,討論了該模式與瑞典在20世紀(jì)6、70年代出現(xiàn)的經(jīng)濟黃金時期的聯(lián)系。最后文章提出我國勞動力市場政策和收入政策方面從該模式中得到的啟示。
[Abstract]:Sweden was once hailed as a window for western welfare states, and the Swedish model, which supports high consumption with high welfare, is often discussed by economists around the world. The economic and wage policy put forward by Swedish economists Ryan and Medna in the 1950s is called the Rehn-Meidner model, which constitutes the core of the Swedish model and is also a narrow definition of the Swedish model. The golden period of the model is the overall improvement of the Swedish economy, the level of economic growth, employment rate, labor productivity and so on are in the forefront of developed countries. The Swedish model has been valued by economists. This paper first describes the social background and theoretical basis of the Rehn-Meidner model, and then systematically describes the content of the Rehn-Meidner model, that is, the economic policy put forward under the specific macroeconomic conditions at that time. The active labor market policy and the United wage policy implemented in cooperation with other policies are followed by an analysis of the operational effect of the model, and the relationship between the model and Sweden's economic golden age in the 1970s is discussed. Finally, the paper puts forward the enlightenment from this model in terms of labor market policy and income policy in China.
