【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)后,美國(guó)學(xué)界對(duì)日本安全政策是否發(fā)生質(zhì)的變化展開了爭(zhēng)論。20世紀(jì)90年代中期,社會(huì)建構(gòu)主義學(xué)者對(duì)日本"反軍國(guó)主義文化"的研究略占上風(fēng)。他們指出,冷戰(zhàn)后的日本安全政策在"反軍國(guó)主義文化"的制約下不會(huì)發(fā)生質(zhì)的變化。21世紀(jì)以來,新現(xiàn)實(shí)主義與制度自由主義的研究成為主流:前者認(rèn)為,由于安全環(huán)境的變化,日本走向"正�；娛麓髧�(guó)"的道路不可避免;后者指出,日本在安全態(tài)度上轉(zhuǎn)向"國(guó)際主義",美國(guó)可以利用其在軍事方面的主動(dòng)性深化美日同盟關(guān)系。美國(guó)學(xué)界還著重從文化規(guī)范、公共輿論、選舉體制、政黨政治、政治體制等視角,探討日本安全政策變化的根源。美國(guó)學(xué)界對(duì)日本安全政策變化的研究呈現(xiàn)路徑多元、視角豐富等特點(diǎn),但也存在陷入范式之爭(zhēng)、忽視政治勢(shì)力對(duì)公共輿論的逆向影響等諸多不足�？傮w而言,出于為自身戰(zhàn)略利益服務(wù)的"實(shí)用主義"立場(chǎng),并受縛于日本財(cái)力的支持,美國(guó)學(xué)界的研究缺乏全面的歷史觀,且受價(jià)值觀的影響頗深。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, the American academic circles began to debate whether there had been a qualitative change in Japan's security policy. In the mid-1990s, the study of Japan's "anti-militaristic culture" by social constructionists had the upper hand. They pointed out that Japan's security policy after the Cold War will not change qualitatively under the restriction of "anti-militaristic culture." since the 21st century, the study of neo-realism and institutional liberalism has become the mainstream: the former believes, Due to the change of security environment, Japan's road to "normalizing military power" is inevitable. The latter pointed out that Japan has turned to "internationalism" in its security attitude and that the United States can use its military initiative to deepen the alliance between the United States and Japan. American academic circles also focus on the root causes of Japanese security policy changes from the perspectives of cultural norms, public opinion, electoral system, party politics, political system and so on. The research on the change of Japanese security policy in American academic circles shows the characteristics of diverse paths and rich perspectives, but there are also many shortcomings, such as falling into the dispute of paradigm and neglecting the reverse influence of political forces on public opinion. Generally speaking, due to the "pragmatism" position of serving their own strategic interests and the support of Japanese financial resources, the research in American academic circles lacks a comprehensive view of history and is deeply influenced by values.
