【摘要】：作為古典與近現代民主的重要發(fā)源地和試驗廠的歐洲尤其是西歐國家,在人類公眾政治參與發(fā)展史上一直占有著舉足輕重的地位。而在二戰(zhàn)后至今近70年的時間里西歐公眾政治參與更是發(fā)生了諸多深刻變化。本文擬對二戰(zhàn)前西歐公眾政治參與傳統(tǒng)與特點、二戰(zhàn)后西歐公眾政治參與發(fā)展與演變、二戰(zhàn)后西歐公眾政治參與動因與制約因素分析、對西歐公眾政治參與的反思及啟示等幾項重大問題進行探討,希望能夠對西歐公眾政治參與的具體實踐有進一步的了解和借鑒,并對推動當代中國公眾政治參與的理論與實踐進程有所貢獻。
[Abstract]:As an important birthplace and test factory of classical and modern democracy, Europe, especially the countries of Western Europe, Public political participation has been playing an important role in the history of human public political participation, and in the nearly 70 years after the second world war, public political participation in western Europe has undergone many profound changes. This paper intends to discuss the public participation in western Europe before world war II. The tradition and characteristics of popular political participation, The development and evolution of public political participation in Western Europe after World War II, the analysis of the causes and constraints of public political participation in Western Europe after World War II, the reflection and enlightenment of public political participation in Western Europe, and so on, are discussed. It is hoped that it can further understand and draw lessons from the concrete practice of public political participation in Western Europe and contribute to the theoretical and practical process of promoting public political participation in contemporary China.
