【摘要】：俄羅斯與阿拉伯?dāng)⒗麃喒埠蛧?以下簡稱“敘利亞”)的關(guān)系是國際關(guān)系歷史上比較特殊的案例之一,兩國關(guān)系不僅影響著兩國的外交政策,同時也牽扯著中東局勢,因此具有一定的研究價值。本文主要闡述和分析蘇聯(lián)到俄羅斯時期俄敘兩國關(guān)系的演變及其對中東的影響。本文第一部分闡述了俄敘兩國外交關(guān)系的歷史進程,重點介紹兩國關(guān)系由普通到緊密、再到停滯、最后重啟的一系列歷史淵源。結(jié)合歷史背景分析兩國之間的沖突與合作可以看出兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展的基本脈絡(luò)。本文第二部分主要分析俄敘在軍事和能源深度合作上的各個大事件,闡述其對俄羅斯的地緣政治環(huán)境影響的重要現(xiàn)實意義,以及對俄羅斯中東政策的重要影響。本文第三部分結(jié)合俄敘歷史關(guān)系的描述、俄羅斯在中東的利益訴求、兩國對外政策的調(diào)整等方面,探討在世界多級格局及敘利亞戰(zhàn)爭背景下,俄羅斯對于敘利亞的政策,分析兩國特殊關(guān)系形成的內(nèi)外部因素。
[Abstract]:The relationship between Russia and the Syrian Arab Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Syria") is one of the more special cases in the history of international relations. Relations between the two countries affect not only the foreign policy of the two countries, but also the situation in the Middle East. Therefore, it has certain research value. This paper mainly expounds and analyzes the evolution of the relationship between Russia and Syria during the period of Soviet Union to Russia and its influence on the Middle East. The first part of this paper expounds the historical process of the diplomatic relations between Russia and Syria, focusing on a series of historical sources of the relations between the two countries from ordinary to close, then to stagnation, and finally to restart. By analyzing the conflict and cooperation between the two countries, we can see the basic context of the development of the relationship between the two countries. The second part of this paper mainly analyzes the major events in the military and energy deep cooperation between Russia and Syria, and expounds the important practical significance of its influence on the geopolitical environment of Russia and the important influence on Russia's Middle East policy. In the third part of this paper, with the description of the historical relations between Russia and Syria, the interests of Russia in the Middle East, the adjustment of the foreign policy of the two countries, and so on, the paper discusses Russia's policy towards Syria under the background of the world multi-level pattern and the Syrian war. This paper analyzes the internal and external factors of the formation of the special relationship between the two countries.
