【摘要】：隨著中國綜合國力的不斷提升,中國逐步成長為全球能動性大國,美國實力相對下降,但是仍然是全球性強國,而其他國家與區(qū)域共同體不具備成長為與中美相抗衡的全球性大國的條件�，F(xiàn)存全球秩序具有進步性與不公正性的雙重性,中國作為現(xiàn)存全球秩序的穩(wěn)定性力量與變革性力量,作為全球性大國一"極",同時也是作為美國對立統(tǒng)一的一"極"加入全球秩序構造,從而形成"兩極相聯(lián)"的全球新秩序。新兩極相互競爭的同時,相互制衡與補充,相互依存與協(xié)作,中美共同發(fā)揮領導力,打破多邊機制的囚徒困境,"兩極相聯(lián)"還意味現(xiàn)存全球經(jīng)濟政治秩序往更加公正與均衡的方向變遷,它并非G2,也并非美蘇兩極冷戰(zhàn)格局,是人類歷史上沒有過的全球秩序新局。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength, China has gradually grown into a global dynamic power. The strength of the United States has declined relatively, but it is still a global power. Other countries and regional communities do not have the conditions to grow into global powers competing with China and the United States. The existing global order has the dual nature of progress and unfairness, and China is the stable and transformative force of the existing global order. As a global power, "pole" and "pole" of American opposites join the structure of the global order, thus forming a new global order with "two poles connected". At the same time as the new two poles compete with each other, they balance and complement each other, depend on each other and cooperate with each other, and China and the United States jointly exert their leadership. Breaking the prisoner's dilemma of multilateral mechanism, "two poles are connected" also means that the existing global economic and political order changes in a more just and balanced direction. It is not the G2, nor the Cold War pattern of the US and Soviet Union, nor is it the new situation of the global order that has never been in the history of mankind.
