【摘要】：目的了解老年人對居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求及影響老年人居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的因素。方法采用整群抽樣方法,在唐山市路南、路北區(qū)35個開展居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的社區(qū)中抽取2個社區(qū),對社區(qū)內(nèi)60歲以上的老年人724名應(yīng)用老年人一般情況調(diào)查表、居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求調(diào)查表進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果老年人對醫(yī)療預(yù)防保健服務(wù)的需求占首位,在具體項目的需求中對上門輸液、打掃室內(nèi)衛(wèi)生、文化活動的需求分別占60.6%、39.5%、16.9%,對居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求受性別、年齡、收入等因素的影響。結(jié)論在今后的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)項目中,應(yīng)增加醫(yī)療預(yù)防保健服務(wù)的項目,特別是上門輸液、緊急救護(hù)等服務(wù);在日常生活照料服務(wù)的項目中應(yīng)關(guān)注打掃室內(nèi)衛(wèi)生方面的服務(wù);還應(yīng)關(guān)注老年人的精神需求,增加老年人生活的幸福指數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the demand of the elderly for home care and the factors influencing the demand. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 2 communities from 35 communities in Lunan and Lubei District of Tangshan City. 724 elderly people over 60 years old in the community were investigated by general information questionnaire. The investigation of the demand for home pension service was carried out. Results the demand of the elderly for medical and preventive health care was the first. In the demand of specific items, the demand for in-door infusion, cleaning of indoor hygiene and cultural activities accounted for 60.6%, 39.5% and 16.9%, respectively. The demand for old-age care services at home was affected by sex and age. The influence of factors such as income. Conclusion in the future, we should increase the items of medical and preventive health care services, especially the in-door infusion, emergency rescue and other services, and pay attention to the cleaning and indoor hygiene services in the daily life care services. Should also pay attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly, increase the well-being of the elderly life index.
