【摘要】：護(hù)理人員是民辦非營利性養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的核心資源,直接決定其服務(wù)能力與服務(wù)效果,影響其運(yùn)行與發(fā)展。民辦非營利性養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的護(hù)理人員供給還存在不少問題,主要表現(xiàn)在:數(shù)量不足、結(jié)構(gòu)不優(yōu)、素質(zhì)不高、不夠?qū)I(yè)、流動頻繁。其原因主要包括:薪酬福利待遇水平低,勞動強(qiáng)度大、條件差,人力資源管理機(jī)制不科學(xué),護(hù)理人才培養(yǎng)體系不完善,護(hù)理人員的社會地位不高。應(yīng)該從政府、機(jī)構(gòu)、社會、個人等多個層面入手,改進(jìn)民非養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的護(hù)理人員供給狀況,提升其服務(wù)能力與服務(wù)效果。
[Abstract]:Nursing personnel are the core resources of private non-profit pension institutions, which directly determine their service ability and service effect, and affect their operation and development. There are still many problems in the supply of nursing staff in private non-profit pension institutions, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: insufficient quantity, poor structure, low quality, unprofessional and frequent flow. The main reasons include: low level of salary and welfare, high labor intensity, poor conditions, unscientific human resource management mechanism, imperfect nursing personnel training system, and low social status of nursing staff. We should start with the government, institution, society, individual and so on to improve the supply of nursing staff in non-old-age care institutions and improve their service ability and effect.
