【摘要】：建立健全容錯機制,把"容錯"應(yīng)用于管理領(lǐng)域,旨在引導(dǎo)干部樹立與全面深化改革相適應(yīng)的思想作風(fēng)和擔當精神,消除"為官不為"行為;最大限度地調(diào)動廣大干部的積極性、主動性、創(chuàng)造性,推動全社會形成想改革、敢改革、善改革的良好風(fēng)尚,讓廣大干部愿干事、敢干事、能干成事。為此,必須構(gòu)建科學(xué)的容錯機制,在頂層設(shè)計和科學(xué)決策的前提下容錯糾錯,從而推動全面建成小康社會戰(zhàn)略目標的順利實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Establishing and perfecting the fault-tolerant mechanism and applying "fault-tolerant" to the field of management, in order to guide cadres to set up the ideological style and the spirit of responsibility adapted to the overall deepening of reform, and to eliminate the behavior of "not acting as an official"; To mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the vast number of cadres to the maximum, and to promote the formation of a good custom of wanting to reform, daring to reform, and being good at reform, so that the vast number of cadres will be willing to do things, dare to do things, and be able to do things well. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a scientific fault-tolerant mechanism to correct errors on the premise of top-level design and scientific decision, so as to promote the smooth realization of the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
