【摘要】：民主黨派憑借其參政黨身份成為中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導的多黨合作制度中的有機組成部分。隨著高校教職員工中民主黨派成員越來越多，所占比重持續(xù)增長，因此，做好高校民主黨派工作，特別是做好民主黨派思想建設(shè)工作，對促進高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的開展以及高校民主黨派自身發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。 以高校民主黨派思想建設(shè)為著眼點，首先，厘清民主黨派思想建設(shè)概念，其主要是指民主黨派以提高高校民主黨派成員政治素質(zhì)和思想道德水平、增強對中國特色社會主義建設(shè)共識、深化我國政治格局中的參政黨地位、性質(zhì)以及歷史使命的認識為目的，對高校民主黨派成員進行政治理論教育，，同時，為民主黨派自身發(fā)展和建設(shè)中國特色的多黨合作制度的發(fā)展奠定堅實的思想基礎(chǔ)。其次，分析當前高校民主黨派思想建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀，得出高校民主黨派成員思想上積極和消極方面的特征，如主流思想健康，責任意識強烈、價值取向多元、思想動機不純等特征。再次，針對當前高校民主黨派思想建設(shè)中存在的民主黨派指導思想缺乏特色，部分新生高校民主黨派成員政治素質(zhì)不高、思想建設(shè)制度機制欠缺等問題，分析得出造成上述問題的三方面原因，即缺乏對思想建設(shè)工作重要性的認識，思想建設(shè)工作缺乏創(chuàng)新以及缺乏行之有效的考評機制。最后，借助統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線理論、馬克思政黨建設(shè)理論、馬克思主義政黨建設(shè)理論做支撐，結(jié)合高校民主黨派思想建設(shè)工作從而得出政治意識、政黨意識、自覺意識、奉獻意識以及核心價觀方面構(gòu)筑意識體系；從豐富思想建設(shè)活動、打造思想建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺方面創(chuàng)新工作手段；建立涵蓋領(lǐng)導、評估、監(jiān)控的思想建設(shè)工作機制的措施，改善高校民主黨派思想建設(shè)成效。
[Abstract]:Democratic parties have become an organic part of the multi-party cooperation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China by virtue of their participation in political parties. With the increasing number of members of democratic parties among the teaching staff in colleges and universities, the proportion of democratic parties has continued to grow. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the work of democratic parties in colleges and universities, especially in the ideological construction of democratic parties. It is of great significance to promote the development of United front work and the development of democratic parties in colleges and universities. With the ideological construction of the democratic parties in colleges and universities as the starting point, first of all, the concept of the ideological construction of the democratic parties is clarified, which mainly refers to the democratic parties in order to improve the political quality and ideological and moral level of the members of the democratic parties in colleges and universities. Strengthening the consensus on building socialism with Chinese characteristics, deepening the understanding of the position, nature and historical mission of the participating parties in the political structure of our country, carrying out political theoretical education for members of democratic parties in colleges and universities, and at the same time, Lay a solid ideological foundation for the development of democratic parties themselves and the development of multi-party cooperation system with Chinese characteristics. Secondly, by analyzing the current situation of the ideological construction of the democratic parties in colleges and universities, the author draws the characteristics of the members of the democratic parties in colleges and universities in positive and negative aspects, such as the healthy mainstream ideology, the strong sense of responsibility, the pluralistic value orientation and the impure ideological motivation. Thirdly, in view of the lack of characteristics of the guiding ideology of democratic parties in the current ideological construction of democratic parties in colleges and universities, the political quality of some freshmen democratic party members in colleges and universities is not high, and the ideological construction system mechanism is lacking. It is concluded that there are three reasons for the above problems, namely, the lack of understanding of the importance of ideological construction, the lack of innovation in ideological construction and the lack of effective examination and evaluation mechanism. Finally, with the help of the United front theory, Marxist party construction theory, Marxist political party construction theory and the ideological construction work of democratic parties in colleges and universities, the political consciousness, political party consciousness and conscious consciousness are obtained. Construct consciousness system in terms of dedication consciousness and core value view; innovate working means from enriching ideological construction activities and creating ideological construction network platform; establish measures covering leadership, evaluation and monitoring of ideological construction work mechanism, Improving the ideological construction of democratic parties in colleges and universities.
