【摘要】：積極推進老齡服務的社會化是應對老齡社會的必然選擇。我國養(yǎng)老服務社會化改革源于20世紀80年代,但發(fā)展緩慢,面臨政策支持不到位、市場機制不完善、社會力量參與不足等多重困境�；谖鞣礁＠鐣枷牒臀覈B(yǎng)老服務社會化現(xiàn)狀,從國家、市場、社會關系及角色的角度出發(fā),推進我國老齡服務社會化可以從如下方面著手:一是完善頂層設計和相關法律法規(guī);二是建設服務型政府,發(fā)揮市場的決定性作用;三是培育立足于社區(qū)的服務型社會組織,鼓勵社會力量參與;四是發(fā)展智慧養(yǎng)老,促進老齡服務的信息化。
[Abstract]:To actively promote the socialization of services for the elderly is an inevitable choice to cope with the aging society. The socialized reform of old-age service in our country originated in the 1980s, but the development is slow, the policy support is not in place, the market mechanism is not perfect, and the social forces are not enough to participate. Based on the western welfare social thought and the present situation of the socialization of the old-age service in our country, from the point of view of the country, the market, the social relationship and the role, To promote the socialization of services for the elderly in China, we can start from the following aspects: first, to perfect the top-level design and related laws and regulations; second, to build a service-oriented government to give play to the decisive role of the market; and third, to foster service-oriented social organizations based on the community. Encourage the participation of social forces; fourth, the development of intelligent pension, to promote the informatization of services for the elderly.
