【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化帶來了大規(guī)模的人口流動,傳統(tǒng)意義的同質(zhì)性社區(qū)被現(xiàn)代異質(zhì)性社區(qū)所取代,社區(qū)認(rèn)同需要重新被塑造。通過對城市社區(qū)認(rèn)同基本情況的調(diào)查以及基于二元邏輯回歸分析了個性特征對社區(qū)認(rèn)同影響,得出社區(qū)已經(jīng)成為我國居民生活的重要空間,但總體的社區(qū)認(rèn)同并不高,公民素養(yǎng)影響了社區(qū)參與的意識和能力,人口的流動削弱了居民之間的溝通交往,社區(qū)服務(wù)質(zhì)量影響了社區(qū)認(rèn)同,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出要通過調(diào)動積極分子,實現(xiàn)社區(qū)多元治理;提升公民素養(yǎng),提高社區(qū)參與的意識和能力;有序推進(jìn)流動人口的市民化,探索城市居民交往新途徑;加強(qiáng)社區(qū)自身建設(shè),提升社區(qū)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量來重塑我國城市社區(qū)認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:Urbanization has brought large-scale population mobility. Traditional homogenous communities have been replaced by modern heterogeneous communities, and community identity needs to be reshaped. Through the investigation of the basic situation of urban community identity and the influence of personality characteristics on community identity based on binary logic regression analysis, it is concluded that the community has become an important space in the life of Chinese residents, but the overall community identity is not high. Civic literacy affects the consciousness and ability of community participation, population mobility weakens communication and communication among residents, and community service quality affects community identity. On the basis of this, it is proposed to realize community pluralistic governance by mobilizing activists; Improve the civic literacy, improve the awareness and ability of community participation; promote the city of floating population orderly, explore a new way of communication between urban residents; strengthen the community self-construction, improve the quality of community services to reshape the identity of urban communities in China.
