【摘要】：中國特色社會主義“五位一體”總布局,是中國共產(chǎn)黨對社會主義建設規(guī)律的深刻認識和自覺把握,也是黨對中國特色社會主義建設事業(yè)作出的戰(zhàn)略部署。從理論上來說,這顯然是一個值得深入研究的重大課題。對其科學依據(jù)、基本內(nèi)容、發(fā)展脈絡、意義與價值等進行梳理、分析和解讀,有助于深化對“什么是社會主義,怎樣建設社會主義”這一基本問題的認識,有助于深化對中國特色社會主義的認識,豐富和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義理論體系,同時也有助于推動中國特色社會主義總布局思想自身的完善和發(fā)展。馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家揭示了人類社會是由生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關系,經(jīng)濟基礎和上層建筑構(gòu)成的有機整體,它們之間的矛盾運動推動著社會歷史發(fā)展。在馬克思、恩格斯看來,社會發(fā)展應當應包括由生產(chǎn)力進步所引起的生產(chǎn)關系、社會形態(tài)以及一切社會生活領域的變革、完善和發(fā)展。中國共產(chǎn)黨在領導中國革命、建設和改革的歷史進程中,依據(jù)馬克思主義的社會有機體理論,高度重視社會的全面發(fā)展和人的全面發(fā)展,最終確立了中國特色社會主義事業(yè)“五位一體”總布局的思想和戰(zhàn)略部署。早在新中國成立前,毛澤東就明確提出,要使中國能自立于世界民族之林,不因落后而挨打,就必須實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化。新中國成立后,中國共產(chǎn)黨提出要實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、國防、科學技術四個現(xiàn)代化,奠定了從總布局的戰(zhàn)略高度認識和推進社會主義建設事業(yè)的重要思想基礎。改革開放和現(xiàn)代化建設新時期,黨不斷豐富和完善對中國特色社會主義事業(yè)總布局的理論思考和戰(zhàn)略部署。中共十二大鮮明地提出了物質(zhì)文明和精神文明一起抓的戰(zhàn)略方針；中共十三大把“富強、民主、文明”作為建設中國特色社會主義“三位一體”的奮斗目標；中共十五大把社會主義物質(zhì)文明、政治文明、精神文明協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和促進人的全面發(fā)展納入總布局之中；進入新世紀新階段,黨提出了構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會重大戰(zhàn)略思想；中共十七大按照經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、社會建設“四位一體”總布局,論述中國特色社會主義道路和基本綱領。隨著生態(tài)文明建設的地位和作用日益凸顯,中共十八大把生態(tài)文明建設放在突出地位,納入總布局的設計當中,從而使中國特色社會主義事業(yè)總體布局從“四位一體”拓展為“五位一體”。中國特色社會主義事業(yè)總布局,從“兩個文明”到“三位一體”,再到“四位一體”“五位一體”,展現(xiàn)了中國特色社會主義建設實踐不斷豐富、日趨完善的生動歷程,是黨對社會主義建設規(guī)律的認識不斷深化的結(jié)果�！拔逦灰惑w”總布局思想和戰(zhàn)略的確立,推動了在新的歷史條件下馬克思主義中國化的進程,必將對我國經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、社會、生態(tài)文明建設的全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,對全面建成小康社會進而實現(xiàn)社會主義現(xiàn)代化和中華民族偉大復興的中國夢發(fā)揮強大引領作用。
[Abstract]:The general layout of "five in one" of socialism with Chinese characteristics is not only the CPC's profound understanding and conscious grasp of the law of socialist construction, but also the strategic plan made by the Party for the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.In theory, this is obviously an important subject worthy of further study.Combing, analyzing and interpreting its scientific basis, basic content, development context, significance and value will help deepen the understanding of the basic question of "what is socialism and how to build socialism".It is helpful to deepen the understanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics, enrich and develop the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and promote the perfection and development of the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Marxist classical writers reveal that human society is an organic whole composed of productive forces, relations of production, economic base and superstructure, and their contradictory movements promote the development of social history.According to Marx and Engels, social development should include the transformation, perfection and development of the relations of production, social formation and all fields of social life caused by the progress of productive forces.In the historical process of leading the Chinese revolution, construction and reform, the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the all-round development of society and the all-round development of human beings in accordance with Marxist social organic theory.Finally established the Chinese characteristic socialism cause "five in one" the general layout thought and the strategic arrangement.Long before the founding of New China, Mao Zedong made it clear that industrialization was necessary to enable China to stand among the nations of the world and not be beaten because of backwardness.After the founding of New China, the Communist Party of China proposed to realize the modernization of agriculture, industry, national defense, science and technology, which laid an important ideological foundation for understanding and advancing the cause of socialist construction from the strategic height of general layout.In the new period of reform and opening up and modernization construction, the Party constantly enriches and consummates the theoretical thinking and strategic arrangement of the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Twelfth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward the strategic policy of grasping material and spiritual civilization together, and the Thirteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has regarded "prosperity, democracy and civilization" as the struggle goal of building socialism with Chinese characteristics as a "trinity".The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has brought the harmonious development of socialist material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization into the overall layout, entered the new stage of the new century, and put forward the important strategic thought of building a socialist harmonious society.The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China discussed the road and basic program of socialism with Chinese characteristics according to the general layout of "four in one" in the construction of economy, politics, culture and society.With the increasingly prominent position and role of ecological civilization construction, the 18th CPC National Congress placed ecological civilization construction in a prominent position and included it in the design of the overall layout.Thus, the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics is expanded from "four in one" to "five in one".The overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, ranging from "two civilizations" to "trinity" and to "four in one" and "five in one", shows a vivid course of continuous enrichment and improvement in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is the result of the deepening of the Party's understanding of the law of socialist construction.The establishment of the general layout thought and strategy of "five as one" has promoted the process of the Sinicization of Marxism under the new historical conditions, and will certainly bring about a comprehensive and coordinated development of the construction of economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilization in China.Chinese Dream, who built a well-off society in an all-round way and realized socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, played a strong leading role.
