【摘要】：隨著城市化的快速發(fā)展,鄰避設(shè)施作為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必需品而不斷興建,但其負(fù)外部性和成本效益的不對(duì)稱性引發(fā)了公眾抵抗甚至激烈的鄰避沖突。在相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了鄰避設(shè)施的概念、分類,采取文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量法分析了2007—2015年鄰避設(shè)施的研究現(xiàn)狀和熱點(diǎn),發(fā)現(xiàn)污染型鄰避設(shè)施更易引起鄰避沖突,并以其作為研究對(duì)象,歸納了在該類設(shè)施中公眾參與的主要影響因素及對(duì)策機(jī)制,指出現(xiàn)有研究的不足及發(fā)展方向,以期為下一步研究提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, adjoining facilities have been built as a necessity of social and economic development, but the asymmetry of negative externalities and cost effectiveness has led to public resistance and even fierce conflict avoidance.On the basis of related research results, this paper combs the concept and classification of adjacent avoidance facilities, analyzes the current research situation and hot spots of adjacent avoidance facilities from 2007 to 2015 by using the bibliometric method, and finds that pollution-type adjacent avoidance facilities are more likely to cause conflict avoidance.Taking it as the research object, this paper sums up the main influencing factors and countermeasure mechanism of public participation in this kind of facilities, and points out the deficiency and development direction of the existing research, in order to provide a useful reference for the next research.
