【摘要】：特朗普現(xiàn)象并不單指特朗普"出人意料"地當(dāng)選美國總統(tǒng),而是對2008年經(jīng)濟危機后一系列顛覆以往的民粹浪潮推動之下事件的統(tǒng)稱。青年的激進政治態(tài)度不但體現(xiàn)在用選票表達不滿,更體現(xiàn)在對社會現(xiàn)狀的不滿,其根源是自20世紀70年代以來延續(xù)至今并被2008年經(jīng)濟危機激化的社會不平等問題,核心是分配的失靈。在一個階層、地域分裂的社會,美國青年的激進政治態(tài)度也呈現(xiàn)階層和地域分布特征。自20世紀80年代全球化時代開啟,借助資本的全球化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)革命推動了西方經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)定增長,延緩了西方社會的危機,但是原有的分配失靈隨著傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的衰落和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)對學(xué)歷、技能更高的要求,讓不平等更加加劇,2008年經(jīng)濟危機讓西方社會的危機更加臺面化,社會底層和剛剛踏入社會的青年群體對現(xiàn)狀的不滿,正在醞釀社會內(nèi)部的巨大變遷,并進而影響到國際格局的變化,這既是對西方戰(zhàn)后70年制度的嬗變,也是對戰(zhàn)后格局的嬗變。
[Abstract]:The Trump phenomenon is not just about Trump's "unexpected" election as president of the United States. It is a general term for events driven by a series of populist waves that overturned the past after the economic crisis of 2008. The radical political attitude of young people is reflected not only in the use of votes to express dissatisfaction, but also in their dissatisfaction with the current social situation. Its root causes are social inequalities that have persisted since 1970s and have been exacerbated by the economic crisis of 2008, the core of which is the failure of distribution. The radical political attitude of American youth is also characterized by class and regional distribution. Since the era of globalization began in 1980s, the globalization of capital and the Internet revolution have promoted the stable growth of the western economy and delayed the crisis of the western society. But with the decline of traditional industries and the rising demands of higher qualifications and skills in traditional industries, the original distribution failure exacerbated inequality. In 2008, the economic crisis made the crisis in western society more pervasive. The dissatisfaction of the underclass and the young groups who have just entered the society with the present situation is brewing a great change within the society and then affecting the change of the international structure, which is not only the evolution of the system in the 70 years after the war in the West, It is also the evolution of postwar pattern.
