【摘要】：“中國模式”是自改革開放以來,在中國共產黨的領導下,以馬克思主義為指導思想,并將馬克思主義普遍真理與中國具體實際相結合,將市場經濟與社會主義制度相結合,探索符合中國國情的改革和發(fā)展道路的一場具有世界歷史意義的理論和實踐創(chuàng)新活動。從黨的十一屆三中全會開始,中國以體制改革為突破口,結合中國具體實際,走出了一條中國特色社會主義道路,使中國的國際地位不斷提高;經濟、政治、文化等方面也取得了顯著成效,黨和國家事業(yè)邁出了新步伐;對外工作開創(chuàng)了新的局面。這種成功模式得到了發(fā)展中國家和發(fā)達國家的普遍關注,并且為發(fā)展中國家探索符合自己的發(fā)展道路提供了借鑒和啟示,同時也進一步豐富和發(fā)展了科學社會主義的理論與實踐。隨著全球性金融、經濟危機的爆發(fā),西方發(fā)達國家的發(fā)展模式以及其它發(fā)展模式經不起經濟危機的沖擊,無法承受經濟危機帶來的危害。中國面對全球性經濟危機,在很短的時間內克服了困難,而且在經濟和社會等各方面都有了很大的突破和超越,創(chuàng)造了世界奇跡。因而引起世界各國的普遍關注,使“中國模式”再次成為全球熱議的焦點。本人試圖對這一備受矚目的“中國模式”的若干問題進行比較研究。全文共由三大部分組成。第一部分:“中國模式”的提出及爭論。首先,概述“中國模式”的提出。其次,在概述關于“中國模式”兩種不同觀點的基礎上,論述“中國模式”客觀存在的依據(jù)。第二部分:“中國模式”的內涵。首先,在辯證分析“中國模式”與“中國特色”、“中國道路”、“中國經驗”和“中國案例”等相關概念的基礎上,科學界定“中國模式”的內涵。其次,進一步剖析“中國模式”的“四大支柱”。一是“中國模式”的領導者,即中國共產黨。二是“中國模式”下的社會主義市場經濟。它包括四個方面的特征,即“中國模式”下的市場經濟基礎是以公有制為基礎的多種經濟、“中國模式”下的市場經濟手段是以市場為決定作用基礎上以國家宏觀調控為輔助的手段、“中國模式”下的市場經濟特點是注重效率與公平的相統(tǒng)一、“中國模式”下的勞動者具有雙重身份。三是“中國模式”下的指導思想。這一思想內蘊含著毛澤東思想和中國特色社會主義理論體系。四是“中國模式”下的改革道路,即中國的改革是漸進式的改革,要正確解決改革、發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定三者之間的關系以及穩(wěn)步推進符合國情的經濟、政治等各個方面的體制改革。第三部分:“中國模式”形成的意義及哲學啟示。首先,闡述了“中國模式”形成的意義�！爸袊Ｊ健睂W社會主義理論與實踐的豐富發(fā)展做出了重大貢獻;“中國模式”為發(fā)展中國家提供可資借鑒的發(fā)展經驗;“中國模式”對人類社會發(fā)展模式提供了啟示。其次,進一步挖掘了“中國模式”的哲學啟示。
