【摘要】：本文通過(guò)調(diào)查、歸納、總結(jié)新形勢(shì)下寧夏高等院校(5所本科院校，，3所高職學(xué)校)大學(xué)生中出現(xiàn)的包括財(cái)產(chǎn)型、性罪錯(cuò)型、暴力型、網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪4個(gè)類(lèi)型10種大學(xué)生違紀(jì)犯罪的現(xiàn)象；闡明包括突發(fā)性、團(tuán)伙性、時(shí)間的規(guī)律性、女大學(xué)生違紀(jì)犯罪的規(guī)律性5個(gè)方面的大學(xué)生違紀(jì)犯罪的特點(diǎn)；從經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)根源、獨(dú)特的思想意識(shí)根源、民族地緣因素、高等教育體制轉(zhuǎn)變的負(fù)面影響、家庭因素5個(gè)方面分析其深層次的的原因，進(jìn)而分析其心理原因；思考從培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生良好的心理素質(zhì)、建立社會(huì)聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制、注重教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)、充分發(fā)揮黨團(tuán)組織的作用、加強(qiáng)校園管理和實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)各部門(mén)的共同管理、解決家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的實(shí)際問(wèn)題7條解決問(wèn)題的途徑。以期能夠?qū)ξ覈?guó)、主要是寧夏高校大學(xué)生的教育和培養(yǎng)，尤其是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生良好的品格、健康的心理素質(zhì)，預(yù)防和減少違紀(jì)犯罪，起到點(diǎn)滴的作用。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation, this paper sums up the appearance of the students in Ningxia universities (5 undergraduate colleges and 3 higher vocational schools) under the new situation, including the property type, the wrong type of sex crime, the type of violence, and so on. The phenomenon of four types of network crime and 10 kinds of college students violating discipline; This paper expounds the characteristics of college students' violation of discipline in five aspects, including sudden, gang and time regularity, and the regularity of female college students' violation of discipline and crime. From the economic and social root, the unique thought consciousness origin, the national geography factor, the higher education system transformation negative influence, the family factor five aspects analysis its deep level reason, then analyzes its psychological reason; Thinking about how to cultivate college students' good psychological quality, establish social linkage mechanism, pay attention to teaching links, give full play to the role of party and caucus organization, strengthen campus management and realize the common management of various social departments. There are 7 ways to solve the practical problems of students with financial difficulties in their families. It can play a little role in the education and cultivation of college students in Ningxia, especially in the good character, healthy psychological quality, prevention and reduction of crimes against discipline.
