試論新世紀(jì)我國公安高專人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建

【摘要】：我國公安高等�？平逃ㄎ挥诟叩嚷殬I(yè)教育,主要面向基層培養(yǎng)公安高等應(yīng)用性專門人才;以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,突出公安高等專科教育的職業(yè)性特色;直接面向公安工作和崗位,主動(dòng)、靈活地設(shè)置專業(yè);以能力為中心,課程設(shè)置和教學(xué)內(nèi)容要突出應(yīng)用性和實(shí)踐性;強(qiáng)化高等職業(yè)教育特色,構(gòu)建多樣化的人才培養(yǎng)模式和教學(xué)管理模式。
[Abstract]:The higher specialized education of public security in our country is oriented to higher vocational education, which mainly aims at training specialized personnel of public security colleges and universities at the grass-roots level, and emphasizes the professional characteristics of the higher specialized education of public security by taking employment as the guidance. Facing the public security work and post directly, setting up specialty actively and flexibly, focusing on ability, setting up curriculum and teaching content should emphasize application and practicality; Strengthen the characteristics of higher vocational education, and build a diversified talent training model and teaching management model.
