【摘要】： 經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)是我國改革開放的重要組成部分，它的設(shè)立有著特殊的歷史背景與目的，它的特性決定著它對與之配套的公安管理工作也有著特殊要求，實(shí)踐證明，經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)的公安管理工作確實(shí)存在著自身的特點(diǎn)，也使新時期的經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)公安管理工作面臨新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。本文研究的意義在于通過以長沙市經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)公安管理工作中存在的問題作為研究對象，將有利于在實(shí)踐中加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)公安管理工作。 本文立足于長沙經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)的公安管理現(xiàn)狀，用比較研究、文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)證與理論研究相結(jié)合的方法，指出問題，分析根源，提出對策。本文的主要內(nèi)容分為五個部分。第一部分為緒論，緒論中簡明扼要地闡述了提出研究課題的背景，對相關(guān)的研究進(jìn)行了概述，同時對本文采用的研究方法進(jìn)行了說明。第二部分重點(diǎn)闡述了經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)的設(shè)置背景和目的及特殊使命，，并就經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)對公安管理的特殊要求及經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)公安管理工作的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了論述。第三部分首先對長沙經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)的公安管理工作進(jìn)行概述，其次對長沙經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)的公安管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行探究，通過對現(xiàn)狀的探究從而提出公安管理現(xiàn)狀中存在的主要特點(diǎn)，最后對引發(fā)問題的因素進(jìn)行了分析，找出了問題的根源。第四部分針對經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)公安管理存在的主要問題提出了一些具體的對策。第五部分結(jié)束語是對經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)公安管理的重要性和未來的展望。
[Abstract]:Economic development zone is an important part of China's reform and opening up. Its establishment has a special historical background and purpose. Its characteristics determine that it also has special requirements for the corresponding public security management work, which has been proved by practice. The public security management of economic development zones does have its own characteristics, and it also makes the public security management of economic development zones face new problems and challenges in the new period. The significance of this study is that taking the problems existing in the public security management work of Changsha Economic Development Zone as the research object, it will be beneficial to strengthen and improve the public security management work in the Economic Development Zone in practice. Based on the present situation of public security management in Changsha Economic Development Zone, this paper points out the problems, analyzes the root causes and puts forward the countermeasures by using the methods of comparative study, literature study, empirical and theoretical research. The main content of this paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. In the introduction, the background of the research topic is briefly described, the related research is summarized, and the research methods used in this paper are explained. The second part focuses on the setting background, purpose and special mission of the economic development zone, and discusses the special requirements of the economic development zone on the public security management and the characteristics of the public security management work of the economic development zone. The third part firstly summarizes the public security management work of Changsha Economic Development Zone, and then probes into the present situation of Changsha Economic Development Zone. Finally, the causes of the problem are analyzed to find out the root of the problem. The fourth part puts forward some concrete countermeasures in view of the main problems in the public security management of the economic development zone. The conclusion of the fifth part is the importance and prospect of the public security management in the economic development zone.
