【摘要】：正2005年5月由中國人民公安大學出版社出版的《治安學基礎(chǔ)理論專論》(王彩元著,以下簡稱《專論》)是我國第一部較系統(tǒng)研究治安學基礎(chǔ)理論的專著。治安學是我國特有的學科概念,在西方發(fā)達國家有關(guān)警察科學(POLICE SCIENCE)的研究中,尚未見到類似的提法。由于構(gòu)建公安(警察)學科體系和進行公安專業(yè)教育的需要,我國于20世紀80年代提出了治安行政管理學(又稱治安管理學),并與偵查學共同構(gòu)成我國公安(警察)學科的兩個主干學科。1998年,國家教育部在對本科專業(yè)進行調(diào)整論證時,公安大學提出將原治安管理專業(yè)更名為治安學專業(yè),治安學的概念得以明確。因此,我國的治安學是在治安(行政)管理學的基礎(chǔ)上提出和發(fā)展的。
[Abstract]:The Monographs on the basic Theory of Public Security (Wang Caiyuan, hereinafter referred to as "Monographs"), published by the Press of the people's Public Security University of China in May 2005, is the first monograph on the basic theory of public security in China.Public security science is a special subject concept in our country. In the study of police science in western developed countries, no similar reference has been found.Because of the need of constructing the discipline system of public security (police) and carrying out the professional education of public security,In the 1980s, our country put forward the administration of public security (also called "public security management"), and together with the investigation of the two main disciplines of public security (police) discipline in China. In 1998, the Ministry of Education in the adjustment and demonstration of undergraduate major.The Public Security University proposed to change the name of the former public security management major to that of public security science, and the concept of public security science was clarified.Therefore, the study of public order in our country is put forward and developed on the basis of the management of public security (administration).
