【摘要】： 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)自上一世紀(jì)90年代中期在我國出現(xiàn)以來，迅速在我國實現(xiàn)了應(yīng)用和普及。隨著廣大青少年日益成為使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主力軍，，網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為一種新的社會因素對青少年成長的影響作用逐漸凸顯。網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的不良內(nèi)容以及青少年在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的不良活動也成為影響青少年犯罪心理的一種新的外界因素。本文針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)對青少年犯罪心理可能產(chǎn)生的影響作用進行了分析，并對我國建立預(yù)防網(wǎng)絡(luò)對青少年產(chǎn)生不良影響的對策框架進行了一定探討。 本文共分為四個部分： 第一章簡單介紹網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀，著重分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)的負(fù)面特征——弱規(guī)范性、價值多元性和缺乏制約的互動性，以及由此給我國帶來的一些社會法律問題，其中，倍受人們關(guān)注的一個社會問題是網(wǎng)絡(luò)不良內(nèi)容對我國青少年成長的影響。 第二章討論網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境成為當(dāng)今中國青少年成長面對的復(fù)雜挑戰(zhàn)。在青少年成為我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)最主要用戶群的同時，網(wǎng)絡(luò)也成為青少年生活中重要的學(xué)習(xí)、娛樂、交往和工作工具，從而使網(wǎng)絡(luò)逐漸成為了影響青少年成長的重要社會因素之一。著重分析青少年成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)主要用戶的原因，重點介紹對我國青少年產(chǎn)生不良影響的幾種網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動：網(wǎng)絡(luò)聊天、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲和網(wǎng)絡(luò)色情，提出本文主要觀點——網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)日益成為影響青少年犯罪的重要社會因素。 第三章著重從三個方面分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)對青少年犯罪心理的影響，包括：網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲的暴力內(nèi)容對青少年犯罪心理的影響——網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲本身具有的極大趣味性強烈的吸引著廣大青少年，這使網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲中的暴力內(nèi)容對青少年心理的影響遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過了電視、電影中的暴力鏡頭，也超過了傳統(tǒng)的電子游戲，網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲中的暴力內(nèi)容能夠讓青少年完成攻擊性行為的全部習(xí)得過程，并強化他們的攻擊性思維；網(wǎng)絡(luò)色情內(nèi)容對青少年犯罪心理的影響——網(wǎng)絡(luò)中高密度和高強度的色情內(nèi)容會讓青少年特別是未成年人學(xué)習(xí)到錯誤的性知識，養(yǎng)成扭曲的性道德，產(chǎn)生淡薄的性法制觀念，甚至刺激其產(chǎn)生性犯罪的犯罪動機，從而成為誘發(fā)青少年性犯罪的直接誘因；網(wǎng)絡(luò)癮癖的危害以及對青少年犯罪心理的影響——網(wǎng)絡(luò)癮癖導(dǎo)致青少年的交往障礙，影響青少年順利完成社會化，會給青少年帶來經(jīng)濟壓力促發(fā)部分青 WP=4 少年盜竊、搶劫等財產(chǎn)犯罪動機的產(chǎn)生。 第四章提出我國抑制網(wǎng)絡(luò)消極影響的相關(guān)對策，建議借鑒國外成功經(jīng)驗，從家庭、學(xué)校、社會三個方面入手建構(gòu)我國預(yù)防網(wǎng)絡(luò)對青少年不良影響的對策框架。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of Internet in our country in the middle of 1990's, it has been applied and popularized rapidly in our country.With the youth increasingly becoming the main force in the use of the network, the influence of the network as a new social factor on the growth of young people is gradually highlighted.The bad content in the network and the bad activities of the teenagers on the Internet have also become a new external factor affecting the juvenile delinquency psychology.This paper analyzes the possible influence of network on juvenile delinquency psychology, and probes into the frame of countermeasures for the establishment of prevention network in China.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter briefly introduces the development history and present situation of the network, focusing on the analysis of the negative characteristics of the network-weak normative, value diversity and lack of interactive constraints, as well as the resulting social and legal problems in China, among which,One of the social problems that people pay close attention to is the influence of the bad content of network on the growth of teenagers in our country.The second chapter discusses that the network environment has become a complex challenge to the growth of young people in China.At the same time, the Internet has become one of the most important learning, entertainment, communication and work tools in the life of teenagers, which has gradually become one of the important social factors that affect the growth of teenagers.Focusing on the analysis of the reasons why teenagers become the main users of the network, and focusing on the introduction of several network activities that have a negative impact on our young people: Internet chat, online games and online pornography,Put forward the main point of this paper-the network has increasingly become an important social factor affecting juvenile delinquency.The third chapter analyzes the influence of network on juvenile delinquency psychology from three aspects, including: the influence of violent content of online game on juvenile delinquency psychology-the online game itself has a great interest in attracting the majority of young people.This makes the violent content in online games have far more influence on the psychology of teenagers than the violent scenes in TV and movies, and it also exceeds the traditional video games.The violent content of online games can enable teenagers to complete the whole process of learning aggressive behavior and strengthen their aggressive thinking.The influence of Internet pornographic content on juvenile delinquency-the high-density and high-intensity pornographic content in the network will enable teenagers, especially minors, to learn wrong sexual knowledge, develop distorted sexual morality, and produce a weak concept of the sexual legal system.It even stimulates its criminal motivation to produce sexual offences, thus becoming a direct inducement to juvenile sexual delinquency; the harm of Internet addiction and its impact on the psychology of juvenile delinquency, which leads to adolescents' communication barriers,Affecting the successful socialization of young people will bring economic pressure to young people to promote part of the youthWP=4Juvenile theft, robbery and other property crime motive.The fourth chapter puts forward the relevant countermeasures of restraining the negative influence of the network in our country, and suggests to draw lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries and construct the countermeasure frame of preventing the negative influence of the network on the teenagers from three aspects: the family, the school and the society.
