【摘要】：自從上世紀80年代艾滋病在世界范圍內廣泛傳播以來,就成為了重大的世界性的公共衛(wèi)生安全問題和生命倫理問題,并與人類社會的發(fā)展息息相關。同性戀人群因為無保護性行為、多性伴侶等成為了艾滋病傳播中的高危人群。減少同性危險性行為已經(jīng)不僅僅是關乎同性戀者的個人的問題,它甚至超越了醫(yī)療領域,具有文化、倫理意義。我國當代艾滋病防控涉及諸多倫理問題,筆者立足于減少同性危險性行為面臨的倫理難題進行了有效分析,旨在從社會視角為我國艾滋病防控工作面臨的難題探尋倫理語境下的理論支撐并提出可行性的對策建議。文章主要包括如下幾個部分：第一部分作為文章的緒論,主要是對論文的研究背景、選題意義進行介紹。同時就國內外關于同性戀及減少同性危險性行為的相關研究進行了梳理。此外,還簡單介紹了本文的研究思路、方法和主要創(chuàng)新之處；第二部分確立倫理困境的基本框架。在結合了我國艾滋病疫情狀況和同性傳播艾滋病現(xiàn)狀的基礎上提出減少同性危險性行為所面臨的倫理難題,主要包括減少同性危險性行為的道德困惑、同性戀者婚姻選擇的尷尬境遇以及同性戀者面臨的道德環(huán)境；第三部分是減少同性危險性行為面臨的道德困惑。首先闡述了在艾滋病防控工作中,同性戀人群危險性行為的嚴重性,需引起足夠關注。其次,詮釋了同性戀者權利保障與義務約束的道德兩難。而后,闡述了同性戀群體的社會責任失衡；第四部分是闡述同性戀者婚姻選擇的尷尬境遇。這一部分論述了同性戀者所選擇的傳統(tǒng)婚姻、抵觸婚姻、互助婚姻以及同性婚姻等不同的婚姻模式；第五部分是關于同性戀者面臨的道德環(huán)境的研究。在本部分中筆者通過引入“道德多數(shù)”的概念,對社會總體道德環(huán)境、性倫理對同性戀者的排斥和同性戀人群面臨的社會態(tài)度進行了具體分析；第六部分提出如何解決在艾滋病防控中減少同性危險性行為面臨的倫理難題的應對策略。通過對具體策略進行分析,形成具體對策建議；最后,是論文的結語部分。筆者對研究中的收獲和不足進行了總結。指出了在論文準備和寫作過程中,對同性戀人群有了更加深入的了解。
[Abstract]:Since the spread of AIDS in the world in the 1980s, AIDS has become a major worldwide public health safety and bioethics issues, and is closely related to the development of human society. Gay people because of unprotected sex, polysexual partners and other high-risk groups in the spread of AIDS. Reducing same-sex sexual risk is not just a matter of homosexual individuals, it goes beyond medical care and has cultural and ethical implications. There are many ethical problems involved in the prevention and control of AIDS in contemporary China. The author has made an effective analysis of the ethical problems faced by reducing the risk of same-sex behavior. The aim of this paper is to explore the theoretical support in the context of ethics for the problems faced by AIDS prevention and control in China from the social perspective and to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions. The article mainly includes the following parts: the first part as the introduction of the article, mainly introduces the research background and the significance of the topic. At the same time, the domestic and foreign research on homosexuality and reducing the risk of same-sex behavior were combed. In addition, this paper briefly introduces the research ideas, methods and main innovations. The second part establishes the basic framework of ethical dilemma. On the basis of combining the situation of AIDS epidemic situation and the current situation of same-sex transmission of AIDS in China, this paper puts forward the ethical problems in reducing same-sex risk behavior, mainly including reducing the moral confusion of same-sex dangerous behavior. The embarrassing situation of gay marriage choice and the moral environment faced by homosexuals; the third part is to reduce the moral confusion faced by same-sex dangerous behavior. First of all, the seriousness of homosexuality in AIDS prevention and control should be paid enough attention to. Secondly, it explains the moral dilemma between the protection of the rights of homosexuals and the restraint of obligations. The fourth part is the awkward situation of gay marriage choice. This part discusses the traditional marriage chosen by homosexuals, resisting marriage, mutual marriage and same-sex marriage, etc. The fifth part is about the study of the moral environment faced by homosexuals. In this part, by introducing the concept of "moral majority", the author makes a concrete analysis of the overall social moral environment, the rejection of homosexuals by sexual ethics and the social attitude faced by gay people. The sixth part proposes how to solve the ethical problem of reducing same-sex risk behavior in AIDS prevention and control. Through the analysis of specific strategies to form specific countermeasures and suggestions; finally, is the conclusion of the paper. The author summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the research. It is pointed out that in the process of preparation and writing of the thesis, we have a better understanding of the gay people.
