男女平等語(yǔ)境中當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)女性所面對(duì)的職場(chǎng)不公正及突破

【摘要】:新中國(guó)的成立,結(jié)束了千百年來的封建社會(huì)壓迫,結(jié)束了近代百余年受帝國(guó)主義侵略者剝削的屈辱史,中國(guó)成為一個(gè)真正獨(dú)立自主的國(guó)家,人民成為了國(guó)家真正的主人,中國(guó)女性的地位也隨之發(fā)生了天翻地覆的歷史性變化。國(guó)家層面,通過立法確立了女性社會(huì)地位和社會(huì)權(quán)利,女性的權(quán)利獲得了很大進(jìn)步。女性走出家門,參加社會(huì)生產(chǎn),成為社會(huì)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、政治發(fā)展、文化發(fā)展的重要因素。在過去的幾十年里,我國(guó)在促進(jìn)男女平等方面取得了很大進(jìn)展。當(dāng)前我國(guó)正處于全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,國(guó)家提出的樹立以人為本、全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展觀,為貫徹落實(shí)男女平等的基本國(guó)策也做了并繼續(xù)在做著巨大的努力。在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,作為一項(xiàng)基本國(guó)策,“男女平等”的口號(hào)已經(jīng)是家喻戶曉,但是作為一個(gè)目標(biāo)和手段,“男女平等”始終在實(shí)踐的路上,并未取得最終實(shí)現(xiàn)。職業(yè)女性,在男性話語(yǔ)權(quán)為主導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中,還正在遭受著、面臨著許多不公正對(duì)待。比如就業(yè)歧視、職業(yè)發(fā)展中面臨玻璃天花板等,阻礙了職業(yè)女性在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中更好的發(fā)展,降低了其在社會(huì)領(lǐng)域的職業(yè)表現(xiàn)。而傳統(tǒng)家庭倫理要求女性生兒育女、相夫教子、照顧老人、操持家務(wù)。在工作、家庭之間,職業(yè)女性不斷切換角色,陷入了角色沖突不能協(xié)調(diào)的倫理難題。從倫理學(xué)的角度來看,在男女平等語(yǔ)境中,職業(yè)女性的存在與發(fā)展推動(dòng)了女性的自由平等發(fā)展、為女性實(shí)現(xiàn)自身價(jià)值并創(chuàng)造價(jià)值搭建了職業(yè)平臺(tái),是男女走向真正平等的具體實(shí)踐,具有非常重要的倫理價(jià)值。以問題——原因——對(duì)策的方式展開分析探討,立足于男女平等語(yǔ)境,基于公正的倫理思想,關(guān)注當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)女性面臨的職場(chǎng)不公正對(duì)待。通過總結(jié)當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)女性所面對(duì)的平等就業(yè)權(quán)被忽視、平等職業(yè)發(fā)展權(quán)被踐踏、面臨角色沖突的倫理難題等職場(chǎng)不公正對(duì)待問題,繼而從女性的自然角色和社會(huì)角色的獨(dú)特性、用人單位忽略社會(huì)責(zé)任對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的片面追求、對(duì)女性權(quán)益的社會(huì)保障措施不完善、傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)觀念中男女角色責(zé)任的定位不公正、職業(yè)女性自身自主意識(shí)和自立精神不足等方面分析原因。針對(duì)上述原因,提出了加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義公正觀的宣傳和培養(yǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的性別角色觀念,提高女性受教育程度、提升女性自我主體意識(shí),懲治招工性別歧視,強(qiáng)化用人單位的社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí),完善社會(huì)保障體制、保障女性權(quán)益落實(shí)到位等突破當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)女性所面對(duì)的職場(chǎng)不公正的一系列對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The founding of New China put an end to the oppression of the feudal society for thousands of years and the humiliating history of being exploited by the imperialist aggressors for more than a hundred years in modern times. China has become a truly independent country and the people have become the real masters of the country. The status of Chinese women has changed dramatically. At the national level, women's social status and social rights have been established through legislation, and women's rights have made great progress. Women go out of their homes and participate in social production, becoming important factors of social development, economic development, political development and cultural development. In the past few decades, our country has made great progress in promoting equality between men and women. At present, our country is in the key period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The concept of people-oriented, overall coordination and sustainable development, which is put forward by the state, has also made and continues to make great efforts to carry out the basic national policy of equality between men and women. In real life, as a basic national policy, the slogan of "equality between men and women" has been widely known, but as a goal and means, "equality between men and women" has always been on the way of practice and has not been finally realized. Professional women, in the modern society dominated by male discourse power, are still suffering and facing many unfair treatment. For example, discrimination in employment and the glass ceiling in career development hinder the better development of working women in the economic society and lower their professional performance in the social field. Traditional family ethics requires women to have children, to meet their husbands and children, to take care of the elderly and to handle household chores. Between work and family, professional women constantly switch roles, and fall into the ethical problem that role conflict can not be coordinated. From the perspective of ethics, in the context of equality between men and women, the existence and development of professional women promote the free and equal development of women, and build a career platform for women to realize their own value and create value. It is a concrete practice for men and women to move towards true equality and has very important ethical value. Based on the equality of men and women, this paper focuses on the unfair treatment of professional women in our country, which is based on the ethical thought of justice and on the way of problem-cause-countermeasure. By summing up that the equal right to employment has been ignored, the equal professional development right has been trampled on, and the ethical problems of the role conflict have been confronted with, such as the unfair treatment in the workplace. Then, from the uniqueness of women's natural and social roles, employers ignore the one-sided pursuit of social responsibility for economic benefits, the imperfect social security measures for women's rights and interests, and the unfair orientation of the roles' responsibilities of men and women in traditional social concepts. Professional women's self-consciousness and lack of self-supporting spirit and other aspects of the analysis of the reasons. In view of the above reasons, this paper puts forward to strengthen the propaganda and cultivation of socialist justice, to change the traditional concept of gender role, to improve the education level of women, to promote the consciousness of self-subjectivity of women, and to punish the gender discrimination in recruitment. Strengthening the social responsibility consciousness of employing units, perfecting the social security system, ensuring the implementation of women's rights and interests, and so on, to break through the current professional women face a series of measures of workplace injustice.
