【摘要】：民辦高校黨組織發(fā)揮好政治核心作用是保證學校堅持正確辦學方向,培養(yǎng)社會主義事業(yè)建設合格人才的必然要求。民辦高校黨建工作的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,必須正確認識民辦高校特點,把握好黨委的政治核心地位,發(fā)揮黨組織在強化思想引領、把握社會主義辦學方向、嚴格督促學校依法按規(guī)辦學等方面的作用。為此,民辦高校黨組織要堅守高校意識形態(tài)陣地,堅持把立德樹人作為中心環(huán)節(jié),加強黨的建設,充分發(fā)揮黨在組織建設中的優(yōu)勢,整合群眾利益,注重化解矛盾,努力構建和諧校園,為民辦高校教育事業(yè)健康發(fā)展保駕護航。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to ensure the correct direction of running a school and to train qualified talents in socialist construction to give play to the political core role of the party organization in private universities. The innovation and development of the party building work in the private colleges and universities must correctly understand the characteristics of the private colleges and universities, grasp the political core position of the party committees, give full play to the Party organizations in strengthening the ideological guidance, and grasp the socialist direction of running schools. Strict supervision of schools in accordance with the rules and other aspects of the role. For this reason, the Party organizations of private colleges and universities should stick to the ideological position of colleges and universities, persist in taking the cultivation of virtue as the central link, strengthen party building, give full play to the advantages of the party in the organizational construction, integrate the interests of the masses, and pay attention to resolving contradictions. Strive to build a harmonious campus, for the healthy development of private colleges and universities to protect the cause of education.
