【摘要】：實現(xiàn)中國共產(chǎn)黨的建設(shè)科學化,離不開機制創(chuàng)新。就組織建設(shè)而言,需要創(chuàng)新黨員吸納與退出機制,核心是共產(chǎn)黨人先進性如何在基層黨員身上體現(xiàn)出來;需要建立黨內(nèi)選舉與決策機制,核心是激發(fā)組織內(nèi)生活力,提升決策的科學化水平。同時,從現(xiàn)代國家治理的需要出發(fā),進行組織體系的頂層設(shè)計,建立組織發(fā)展與調(diào)適機制,組織變革的預警機制,使得組織發(fā)展能夠因應(yīng)時代變化。
[Abstract]:The realization of the scientific construction of the Communist Party of China can not be separated from mechanism innovation. As far as organizational construction is concerned, it is necessary to innovate the mechanism of absorbing and withdrawing party members, the core is how the advanced nature of Communists is embodied in grass-roots party members, and the establishment of an inner-party election and decision-making mechanism is needed, the core of which is to stimulate the living power within the organization. Improve the scientific level of decision-making. At the same time, according to the needs of modern national governance, the top level design of the organizational system, the establishment of organizational development and adjustment mechanism, and the early warning mechanism of organizational change can enable the organizational development to adapt to the changes of the times.
