太鋼集團(tuán)技術(shù)型員工培訓(xùn)體系研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前要實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼鐵企業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,就必須從提升員工技能入手,使鋼鐵企業(yè)得到充分的人力資源保障。本文首先介紹了太鋼集團(tuán)技術(shù)人員的結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),然后對(duì)太鋼集團(tuán)技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)的問題進(jìn)行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)太鋼集團(tuán)在對(duì)技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)的過程中,沒有全面了解技術(shù)人員的培訓(xùn)需求,而且培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)置不合理,培訓(xùn)方式簡(jiǎn)單,且缺乏對(duì)培訓(xùn)成效的科學(xué)評(píng)估和嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管。在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題的基礎(chǔ)上,本文樹立了太鋼集團(tuán)技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系的目標(biāo)。認(rèn)為其短期目標(biāo)是通過對(duì)太鋼集團(tuán)技術(shù)人員的培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計(jì),使技術(shù)人員掌握對(duì)工作績(jī)效有幫助的業(yè)務(wù)能力,達(dá)到全面提高技術(shù)人員專業(yè)知識(shí)技能的目標(biāo),進(jìn)而在工作中獲得較大和較快的產(chǎn)出,保證培訓(xùn)工作的有效性和針對(duì)性。長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)和員工的雙贏。即在充分考慮集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)人員職業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行技術(shù)人員的培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計(jì),使技術(shù)人員在幫助集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的同時(shí),也能通過培訓(xùn)全面提高自身素質(zhì),為未來自身的職業(yè)發(fā)展和個(gè)人成就的實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定基礎(chǔ)。并建立了太鋼集團(tuán)技術(shù)人員的培訓(xùn)體系。主要包括培訓(xùn)需求的確立,培訓(xùn)課程的設(shè)置,培訓(xùn)過程的控制,培訓(xùn)效果的評(píng)估與反饋等內(nèi)容。并在文章的最后提出了太鋼集團(tuán)技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系的運(yùn)行保障。即加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)型文化建設(shè),優(yōu)化員工培訓(xùn)的組織結(jié)構(gòu),做好培訓(xùn)的前期準(zhǔn)備,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人員要全面支持培訓(xùn)工作,構(gòu)建完善的培訓(xùn)配套體系等。培訓(xùn)體系的完善需要花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間和精力。由于集團(tuán)經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模較大,人員結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)來說比較復(fù)雜,而且每個(gè)員工的基本素質(zhì)也各不相同,所以構(gòu)建完善的培訓(xùn)體系并不是短時(shí)間可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的,而且在今后實(shí)際工作中還需要進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn)和總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)并改進(jìn)其不足之處。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the sustainable and healthy development of iron and steel enterprises, it is necessary to improve the skills of the employees, so that the iron and steel enterprises can get adequate human resources protection. Firstly, this paper introduces the structure and characteristics of the technical personnel of the TISCO Group. Then it analyzes the problem of technical personnel training in Taigang Group, and finds out that in the course of training technical personnel, TISCO Group does not fully understand the training needs of technical personnel, and the training course is unreasonable and the training method is simple. And lack of scientific evaluation and strict supervision of training effectiveness. On the basis of finding the problems, this paper sets up the goal of the technical personnel training system of TISCO. The short-term goal is to design the training system for the technical personnel of TISCO. To enable technicians to master the business skills that are helpful to their job performance, to achieve the goal of comprehensively improving their professional knowledge and skills, and thus to achieve greater and faster output in their work, To ensure the effectiveness and pertinence of the training work. The long-term goal is to achieve the win-win situation for both the enterprise and the staff. That is, to design the training system of technical personnel on the basis of fully considering the development strategy of the group and the professional development of technical personnel. To enable technical personnel to help the group to achieve its business objectives, but also to comprehensively improve its own quality through training, To lay the foundation for the future career development and personal achievement. And to establish the training system for the technical personnel of Taigang Group. It mainly includes the establishment of training needs, the setting of training courses, the control of the training process, At the end of the article, the author puts forward the operation guarantee of the technical personnel training system of Taigang Group, which is to strengthen the construction of learning culture, optimize the organization structure of staff training, and prepare for the training in the early stage. Leaders should fully support the training work and build a complete training supporting system. The improvement of the training system takes a lot of time and effort. Because of the large scale of the group's operation, the personnel structure is relatively complex. And the basic quality of each employee is different, so the construction of a perfect training system can not be achieved in a short time, and in the future practical work also need to further test and summary, find and improve its shortcomings.
