【摘要】：建筑行業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,隨著建筑市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日漸激烈,傳統(tǒng)大型建筑施工企業(yè)開始受到前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),在市場(chǎng)份額增長的同時(shí)面臨著利潤下降,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)大,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,相對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)縮小等突出問題,降低工程運(yùn)作成本、提高企業(yè)管理水平,已成為眾多建筑施工企業(yè)的共識(shí),而企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)就是一條值得關(guān)注的途徑。建筑業(yè)信息化的目的是通過信息化實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目部的實(shí)時(shí)管理、動(dòng)作管理、從而有效降低工程的施工損耗,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)時(shí)控制,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的成本的降低。企業(yè)資源規(guī)劃(Enterprise Resouree Planning)系統(tǒng),即ERP系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用則是加快建筑施工企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息化的有效途徑之一。本文基于此,在廣泛的文獻(xiàn)閱讀和企業(yè)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)建筑企業(yè)的信息化應(yīng)用中存在的問題,展開分析,具體包括以下內(nèi)容:首先,針對(duì)我國建筑施工企業(yè)目前發(fā)展中存在的主要問題,指出了建筑企業(yè)進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè)的必要性,當(dāng)前建筑施工企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的水平、誤區(qū)以及建筑施工企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)選用的系統(tǒng)等。進(jìn)而分析了產(chǎn)生問題的原因。接著利用戰(zhàn)略決策工具SWOT分析,價(jià)值鏈分析,為企業(yè)確定了運(yùn)用信息化工具,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行全面控制,從而解決建筑施工企業(yè)信息化應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略。其次,通過分析建筑企業(yè)的信息流,以及信息的特點(diǎn),對(duì)企業(yè)的信息化應(yīng)用方案進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。詳細(xì)解釋了建筑企業(yè)規(guī)劃圖的架構(gòu),以及企業(yè)信息化應(yīng)用的基本原則。再次,依據(jù)企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,在系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了企業(yè)信息化的解決方案:ERP系統(tǒng)建設(shè)應(yīng)有的123模式,即:一條主線、兩類數(shù)據(jù)庫、三大功能系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)確定了系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)、數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)的具體選型,并詳細(xì)產(chǎn)闡述了各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的具體功能。最后通過建筑企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)例分析了ERP的應(yīng)用效果。本文對(duì)于在建筑施工企業(yè)推廣ERP系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)建筑施工企業(yè)的信息化發(fā)展速度,提高建筑施工企業(yè)的管理水平,降低建筑施工企業(yè)的信息化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有較為明顯的理論指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in the national economic construction. With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, the traditional large-scale construction enterprises begin to face unprecedented challenges, facing the decline of profits and the expansion of risks while the market share increases. It has become the consensus of many construction enterprises that the competition is intensified, the relative advantage is shrinking, and so on, the project operation cost is reduced, and the management level of the enterprise is improved. The aim of informatization in construction industry is to realize the real-time management and action management of the project department through informatization, thus effectively reducing the construction loss. The application of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, that is, ERP system, is one of the effective ways to accelerate the realization of enterprise informatization in construction enterprises. On the basis of extensive literature reading and enterprise investigation, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of information technology in construction enterprises, including the following contents: first, aiming at the main problems existing in the development of construction enterprises in our country, This paper points out the necessity of information construction in construction enterprises and the level of information construction in construction enterprises at present. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and then uses the strategic decision tool SWOT analysis and value chain analysis to determine the use of information tools for enterprises. In order to solve the information application strategy of construction enterprises, the project management is controlled in an all-round way. Secondly, by analyzing the information flow of the construction enterprises and the characteristics of the information, The application scheme of enterprise informatization is planned, and the structure of construction enterprise plan and the basic principle of enterprise informatization application are explained in detail. Thirdly, according to the actual situation of enterprise, on the basis of system analysis, In this paper, the solution of enterprise informatization is put forward, that is, one main line, two kinds of databases, three functional systems, and the specific selection of system platform and database system. Finally, through the application of ERP system in construction enterprises, the application effect of ERP is analyzed. In this paper, the application of ERP system in construction enterprises is introduced. Promoting the speed of information development of construction enterprises, improving the management level of construction enterprises, and reducing the risk of informatization of construction enterprises have a more obvious theoretical guidance role.
