【摘要】：針對區(qū)域水資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的評價問題,基于"自然-社會"二元模式,識別出了自然、社會和水資源3個因素的影響因子,構(gòu)造了第一層由3個因素、第二層由21個指標組成的多層次評價指標體系,構(gòu)建了基于相對差異函數(shù)的模糊可變評價模型。以開封市為研究實例進行了評價,結(jié)果顯示:2012年蘭考縣和通許縣的水資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力為Ⅱ級(較強),其他縣(區(qū))的水資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力為Ⅲ級(中等)。通過實例驗證,表明該評價模型具有較好的適用性和合理性,指標的代表性和覆蓋性較好,特別是針對較小的評價區(qū)域,能夠有效地識別出指標差異,獲得精準的評價等級。
[Abstract]:In view of the evaluation of the sustainable development ability of regional water resources, based on the "natural-social" dualistic model, the influence factors of natural, social and water resources are identified, and the first layer is composed of three factors.
