引漢濟渭受水區(qū)水資源配置及其生態(tài)環(huán)境影響研究

【摘要】:渭河流域關(guān)中地區(qū)是陜西經(jīng)濟社會的中心,目前,面臨著由于水資源短缺造成的水資源供需矛盾,水污染、防洪等生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,嚴(yán)重制約了地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。引漢濟渭調(diào)水工程是為了解決渭河流域關(guān)中地區(qū)水資源短缺及其生態(tài)環(huán)境問題而修建的,受水區(qū)調(diào)水后面臨著調(diào)水量與受水區(qū)當(dāng)?shù)厮绰?lián)合配置的過程,水資源如何分配對受水區(qū)來說具有重要意義。調(diào)水后受水區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況也會隨之改變,選取水資源相關(guān)指標(biāo)評價不同水平年的生態(tài)環(huán)境變化。傳統(tǒng)的水資源配置方式計算量大,無法適時調(diào)整與修改,針對這一問題,建立引漢濟渭水資源配置仿真系統(tǒng),對水資源配置過程進(jìn)行模擬。論文的主要研究成果如下:(1)對渭河流域關(guān)中地區(qū)水資源與生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況分析。在渭河流域關(guān)中地區(qū)水資源狀況及現(xiàn)狀水資源開發(fā)利用狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析現(xiàn)狀水資源利用中存在的問題。根據(jù)關(guān)中地區(qū)水資源相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),分析關(guān)中地區(qū)所面臨的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,包括水資源短缺,地下水超采,水質(zhì)惡化,洪水危害嚴(yán)峻等,并分析了解決目前水資源與生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的方法。(2)受水區(qū)供需平衡分析及水資源聯(lián)合配置。以現(xiàn)狀年經(jīng)濟社會與水資源利用狀況為基礎(chǔ),預(yù)測引漢濟渭工程規(guī)劃水平年受水對象的水資源需水量以及可供水量,進(jìn)行供需平衡計算,分析規(guī)劃水平年在未采取調(diào)水措施的情況下,水資源供需平衡狀況。對于引漢濟渭調(diào)水后的水資源配置,根據(jù)設(shè)定的配置規(guī)則,采取調(diào)水與當(dāng)?shù)厮?lián)合長系列供需平衡的計算方式,確定引漢濟渭工程調(diào)水量的配置方式,并分析配置后的供需平衡狀況。(3)調(diào)水后對受水區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響評價。分析不同水平年受水區(qū)社會、經(jīng)濟及生態(tài)狀況,選取生態(tài)環(huán)境影響評價指標(biāo),采用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,運用模糊綜合評價法對現(xiàn)狀年以及規(guī)劃年的生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況進(jìn)行評價,分析其調(diào)水前后的生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況,以此分析引漢濟渭調(diào)水工程對受水區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的影響。(4)引漢濟渭水資源配置仿真系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建;诰C合集成平臺,運用組件、知識圖等技術(shù),搭建仿真系統(tǒng)。通過仿真系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,分析傳統(tǒng)的水資源配置方式與仿真系統(tǒng)配置的優(yōu)缺點。
[Abstract]:Guanzhong area of Weihe basin is the center of economy and society in Shaanxi, at present, facing due to the shortage of water resources contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, water pollution, flood control and other environmental problems, seriously restrict the sustainable development in the region. Hanjiang to Weihe River water diversion project is to solve the shortage of water resources in Guanzhong area of Weihe basin and its ecological and environmental problems the construction of the water diversion facing water diverting area and local water joint allocation process, how to allocate water resources is of great significance to the receiving water. By the ecological environment of the water after water diversion will change the ecological environment, select the relevant indicators of water resources assessment in different levels changes in allocation of water. The traditional calculation, to adjust and modify, in order to solve this problem, the establishment of lead Han Ji Wei system simulation of the allocation of resources, the water resources allocation process model The main achievements of this thesis are as follows: (1) analysis of water resources and ecological environment in Guanzhong area of Weihe basin. The water resources in Guanzhong area of Weihe basin and the present situation of the development and utilization of water resources on the basis of analysis of the existing problems in the utilization of water resources. Water resources in Guanzhong area according to the relevant data, analysis the ecological environment problems in Guanzhong area, including water resource shortage, groundwater overexploitation, water quality deterioration, serious flood hazards, and analyzed to solve the problems of water resources and ecological environment. (2) by the method of water supply and demand balance analysis of water resources and joint configuration. To analyze the status of economic and social status and use of water resource based prediction of Hanjiang to Weihe River project planning level year by water object water resources need of water and water supply, supply and demand balance calculation and analysis in the planning level years did not take the water diversion measures. Under the conditions of equilibrium of supply and demand of water resources. Water resources allocation for the Hanjiang River to the Weihe River after water diversion, according to a set of configuration rules, take the calculation of the equilibrium of supply and demand of water and local water combined with long series, determine the configuration of the Hanjiang River to the Weihe River water diversion project, and analyzes the state of equilibrium of supply and demand allocation. (3) evaluation of the affected area of the ecological environment of the water. After the analysis of different level years receiving social, economic and ecological conditions, selection of ecological impact assessment index, by using AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the current situation and planning of the ecological environment and its analysis adjust the ecological environment before and after water, in order to analyze the influence of lead Han Ji Wei water diversion project on ecological environment by water. (4) Han Ji Wei construction system simulation of the allocation of resources. The integrated platform based on the use of components Through the application of the simulation system, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional configuration of water resources and the configuration of the simulation system are analyzed by the application of the simulation system.
