SEU小型PLC改進(jìn)設(shè)計及其在并紗機(jī)改造中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:As a large manufacturing country, China has a huge demand for PLC products, but the foreign brands account for most of the market share. Therefore, the development of PLC with independent intellectual property rights has a very important significance. Our group has developed a small PLC host. In order to apply it to the reconstruction project of parallel spinning frame, the reliability, extensibility and communication ability of the PLC have been improved and designed in this paper. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the paper analyzes the practical requirements of the modification of parallel spinning frame. On this basis, aiming at the deficiency of SEU small PLC, the improvement scheme of PLC function is designed. I / O extension module, U disk reading module and power loss protection module are added to PLC. Secondly, the hardware structure of small PLC is analyzed, the I / O extension module of PLC, the core circuit of U disk reading module and the power loss protection circuit of PLC host are designed. According to the function requirement of communication, the communication protocol and the software implementation of CAN bus communication module and USB storage device reading module are developed respectively. Then, after analyzing the working principle of the parallel spinning machine, the hardware selection and hardware interface circuit design of the parallel spinning machine control system are completed, and the trapezoidal diagram program is designed in the programming tool of small PLC. By using PLC host, I / O extension module and PC, the parallel spinning machine was transformed into a PLC distributed control system with bottom control and upper layer management, and the yarn breaking monitoring system was realized through the upper machine. Finally, the function of the small PLC is tested, and the actual test of the control system of the spinning frame is completed on the basis of the whole machine. The results show that the control system designed in this paper can combine yarn at a speed of up to 800 m / min, and can realize yarn breaking monitoring to meet the needs of the partners.
