圓錐面等測地曲率曲線的軌跡規(guī)劃方法

【摘要】:為解決復(fù)合材料錐殼鋪放過程中的纖維殘余應(yīng)變過大的問題,提出了等測地曲率曲線的軌跡規(guī)劃方法。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)軌跡的測地曲率決定了纖維的殘余應(yīng)變,于是通過計算圓錐上任意曲線的測地曲率推導(dǎo)出了等測地曲率曲線的表達式,并證明在圓錐展開面上等測地曲率曲線是圓弧。最后,通過計算等測地曲率軌跡的殘余應(yīng)變及其與圓錐母線的夾角分析該軌跡鋪放工藝性。結(jié)果表明:等測地曲率軌跡相較于固定角軌跡與測地線軌跡具有良好的可設(shè)計性和鋪放工藝性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of excessive residual strain of fiber during the laying of composite conical shell, a trajectory planning method of isometric curvature curve is proposed. It is found that the geodesic curvature of the track determines the residual strain of the fiber, so the expression of the isometric curvature curve is derived by calculating the geodesic curvature of any curve on the cone. It is proved that the curve of isobaric curvature on the cone expansion surface is a circular arc. Finally, the residual strain of the geodesic curvature trajectory and its angle with the cone busbar are calculated to analyze the placement process of the trajectory. The results show that the iso-geodesic curvature trajectory has good designability and laying technology compared with the fixed angle trajectory and geodesic trajectory.
