【摘要】：基于概念格的知識(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)方法已被廣泛關(guān)注,同時(shí)也吸引了眾多學(xué)者的研究興趣,特別是決策形式背景的知識(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),近年來取得了一些重要的研究成果。然而,現(xiàn)有的知識(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)方法在面臨大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境時(shí),缺乏可行性與有效性�？紤]到異構(gòu)性是大數(shù)據(jù)的主要數(shù)據(jù)特征之一,針對(duì)異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù),研究了基于概念格的知識(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)方法。具體地,提出了異構(gòu)形式背景及其概念格,通過異構(gòu)形式背景定義了異構(gòu)決策形式背景,進(jìn)一步在異構(gòu)決策形式背景上討論了規(guī)則提取問題,并給出了挖掘非冗余決策規(guī)則的有效算法。
[Abstract]:The knowledge discovery method based on concept lattice has been paid more and more attention, and it has attracted the interest of many scholars, especially the knowledge discovery of decision form background, which has made some important research achievements in recent years. However, The existing knowledge discovery methods lack feasibility and effectiveness in the face of big data environment. Considering that heterogeneity is one of the main data characteristics of big data, this paper studies the knowledge discovery method based on concept lattice for heterogeneous data. This paper presents a heterogeneous formal background and its concept lattice, defines the heterogeneous decision formal background through the heterogeneous formal background, further discusses the rule extraction problem in the heterogeneous decision form background, and gives an effective algorithm for mining non-redundant decision rules.
