猴子巖水電站進(jìn)廠交通洞洞口段施工技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:The tunnel entrance is the throat of the tunnel. The construction quality of the tunnel directly affects the construction quality and progress of the whole tunnel. The surrounding rock of tunnel entrance section is generally broken, weathered seriously and the cover thickness is small, so the self-stabilization ability of surrounding rock is poor. During construction, the principle of "early entry and late exit" is usually followed in order to reduce the disturbance to the surrounding rock around the tunnel entrance, and to enhance the stability of the opening side and the elevation slope. Therefore, it is very important to select a reasonable construction method for tunnel entrance construction. In order to select a reasonable and feasible construction method for the entrance project of traffic tunnel in Heziyan Hydropower Station, this paper summarizes the main construction methods in the entrance section of traffic tunnel at home and abroad by consulting a large amount of data, and compares and selects the applicability of each construction method. The main supporting measures and mechanism of tunnel opening are introduced. Combined with the actual engineering situation of the entrance traffic tunnel of the Heziyan Hydropower Station, the construction process of the tunnel entrance section of the tunnel is simulated by means of numerical calculation method, such as step method, middle partition method (CD method) and crossed middle partition method (CRD method), and the construction process of the tunnel entrance section is simulated by the numerical calculation method. The displacement, stress and plastic zone distribution characteristics of surrounding rock around the tunnel and the internal force distribution characteristics of supporting structure during the three construction methods are compared and analyzed. Combined with the technical and economic comparison and selection of the three construction methods, the middle partition method (CD) is recommended as the construction method for the entrance section of the traffic tunnel of the Heziyan Hydropower Station. Under the construction conditions of the middle partition method and combined with the actual engineering situation of the entrance section of the traffic tunnel of the Heziyan Hydropower Station, the detailed excavation and support scheme and the monitoring and measuring scheme of the tunnel entrance section are worked out. Through the analysis of the monitoring data measured in the field, it can be seen that the application of the CD method to the entrance section of the traffic tunnel of the Heziyan Hydropower Station is safe and feasible. The conclusion of this paper provides the theoretical support for the construction of the entrance section of the traffic tunnel of the Heziyan Hydropower Station, and the successful application of the middle partition method in the field further validates the conclusion of the numerical calculation. In this paper, the mechanical characteristics of tunnel construction in weak and broken surrounding rock are studied, and the conclusion can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
