深卸荷裂隙帶混凝土面板堆石壩趾板基礎(chǔ)處理研究

【摘要】:梨子坪混凝土面板堆石壩壩高77.5m,屬于中等高度壩。該壩壩基巖體傾角平緩,卸荷裂隙發(fā)育。壩基開挖和防滲處理是混凝土面板堆石壩設(shè)計的重要環(huán)節(jié),對壩體的穩(wěn)定、沉降、變形、防滲乃至大壩的安全運行均有較大影響。趾板不僅是面板和地基的連接結(jié)構(gòu),,同時也是防滲帷幕的連接體,起到承上啟下的特殊作用,所以對于面板堆石壩的趾板這一關(guān)鍵部位進(jìn)行研究很有必要。 本文在系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了工程區(qū)及趾板區(qū)地質(zhì)特性基礎(chǔ)之上,根據(jù)地質(zhì)勘測及試驗資料,建立了面板壩地質(zhì)模型對趾板建基面應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變、變形位移范圍等進(jìn)行研究并根據(jù)結(jié)果選擇建基面高程。 鑒于梨子坪面板壩所處地質(zhì)環(huán)境以及建壩穩(wěn)定安全性考慮,研究梨子坪面板壩的基礎(chǔ)處理措施顯得非常必要。與此同時,對趾板基礎(chǔ)巖體進(jìn)行固結(jié)灌漿后的效果分析以及對于灌漿處理后趾板建基巖體質(zhì)量的改善程度同樣也是值得研究和分析的。 本文的主要結(jié)論如下: ①根據(jù)地質(zhì)巖石(體)特性,對建基巖體進(jìn)行了分類:直接利用巖體、開挖利用巖體和開挖清除巖體。根據(jù)混凝土面板堆石壩模型分析和從自身抗沖蝕能力出發(fā),趾板基礎(chǔ)開挖深度應(yīng)至弱卸荷巖體(聲波測速值不小于3000m/s)。如果受到工程條件的局限,部分基礎(chǔ)無法挖到弱卸荷下部巖體時,建議采取固結(jié)灌漿布設(shè)錨桿等結(jié)構(gòu)措施進(jìn)行處理,以提高趾板建基巖體質(zhì)量,達(dá)到工程設(shè)計要求。 ②根據(jù)地質(zhì)勘察資料建立大壩及趾板的有限元模型,在不同工況下對其進(jìn)行應(yīng)力、變形、位移分析,得到其塑性變形范圍、應(yīng)力分布情況、各方向最大位移,分析結(jié)果有助于大壩趾板建基面的選擇。 ③本文研究采用了“均勻固結(jié)+帷幕”的布孔型式以應(yīng)對梨子坪大壩趾板基礎(chǔ)巖體傾角平緩、地質(zhì)缺陷類型多樣、后期處理難的特點,能夠滿足大壩安全運行的要求。 4研究認(rèn)為固結(jié)灌漿不僅提高了建基巖體的整體性和均一性、減小了滲水力比降、增強了趾板基礎(chǔ)淺部防滲帷幕體的厚度及其致密性。 同時,本文系統(tǒng)詳盡地說明了梨子坪混凝土面板堆石壩址區(qū)域環(huán)境、工程巖體特點、工程地質(zhì)條件等,論文所涉內(nèi)容資料翔實、符合實際情況,所積累的處理問題的方法和工程經(jīng)驗,可以作為其它類似工程的參考。
[Abstract]:The dam height of Liziping concrete face rockfill dam is 77.5 m, which belongs to medium height dam. The dipping angle of the dam foundation rock mass is gentle and the unloading fissure is developed. The excavation and seepage prevention of dam foundation is an important link in the design of concrete face rockfill dam, which has great influence on the stability, settlement, deformation, seepage prevention and even the safe operation of the dam. Toe slab is not only the connection structure of face slab and foundation, but also the connection body of impervious curtain, so it is necessary to study the toe slab of face rockfill dam. On the basis of systematically summarizing the geological characteristics of the engineering area and the toe slab area, according to the geological survey and test data, the stress and strain of the foundation plane of the face slab are established by the geological model of the face slab dam. The range of deformation and displacement is studied and the height of foundation surface is selected according to the result. In view of the geological environment of Liziping concrete slab dam and the safety of dam construction, it is necessary to study the foundation treatment measures of Liziping face slab dam. At the same time, it is also worth studying and analyzing the effect analysis after consolidation grouting and the improvement of the quality of toe slab foundation rock mass after grouting treatment. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1 according to the characteristics of geological rocks (bodies), the author classifies the base rock mass: directly using rock mass, excavating using rock mass and excavating removing rock mass. Based on the model analysis of concrete face rockfill dam and its erosion resistance, the excavation depth of toe slab foundation should be up to weak unloading rock mass (the sonic velocimetry value is not less than 3000m/s). If some foundation can not be excavated to weak unloading rock mass due to the limitation of engineering conditions, it is suggested to take structural measures such as consolidation grouting and anchoring to improve the quality of the toe slab foundation rock mass. According to the data of geological survey, the finite element model of dam and toe slab is established, and the stress, deformation and displacement are analyzed under different working conditions, and the range of plastic deformation and the distribution of stress are obtained. The maximum displacement in each direction is helpful to the selection of the foundation surface of the dam toe plate. 3 the "uniform consolidation curtain" is adopted in this paper to deal with the slope of the toe plate foundation rock mass of the Liziping dam. The characteristics of various types of geological defects and difficult post-treatment can meet the requirements of safe operation of dams. 4 it is considered that consolidation grouting not only improves the integrity and uniformity of foundation rock mass, but also reduces the water permeability ratio. The thickness and compactness of the shallow impervious curtain body of toe plate foundation are enhanced. At the same time, the regional environment, characteristics of engineering rock mass and engineering geological conditions of the site of Liziping concrete face rockfill dam are described in detail in this paper. The contents of the paper are full and solid, which are in line with the actual situation. The accumulated methods and engineering experience can be used as reference for other similar projects.
