水電站廠房結(jié)構(gòu)梁板柱系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力特性研究

【摘要】:為研究廠房不同樓板結(jié)構(gòu)型式和立柱布置條件下梁板柱系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)特性的差異,結(jié)合瀘定水電站地面廠房的實(shí)際建立三維有限元模型,對(duì)梁板和厚板兩種結(jié)構(gòu)型式的自振特性和機(jī)組振動(dòng)荷載下的振幅進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,在保證混凝土方量一致的前提下,梁板結(jié)構(gòu)的自振頻率略高于厚板結(jié)構(gòu)。隨著樓板厚度的增大或者立柱個(gè)數(shù)和截面尺寸的增加,樓板自振頻率逐漸提高,機(jī)組動(dòng)荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)振幅有所減小。但當(dāng)樓板厚度達(dá)到一定值時(shí),其自振頻率的增加幅度和結(jié)構(gòu)振幅的降低幅度越來(lái)越小。相對(duì)而言,增加立柱個(gè)數(shù)和截面尺寸比增加樓板厚度對(duì)樓板抗振更為有利,但有可能帶來(lái)廠房布置上的困難。因此,實(shí)際工程中應(yīng)綜合考慮廠房結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土方量、施工難度和結(jié)構(gòu)布置等因素選擇具體的樓板結(jié)構(gòu)型式和立柱布置方案。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of vibration characteristics of beam-slab-column system under the conditions of different floor structure and vertical column arrangement, a three-dimensional finite element model is established for the ground powerhouse of Luding Hydropower Station. The natural vibration characteristics of beam plate and thick plate structure and the vibration amplitude of the unit under vibration load are studied. The results show that the natural vibration frequency of beam-slab structure is slightly higher than that of thick slab structure. With the increase of floor thickness or the number of columns and the size of section, the natural vibration frequency of floor increases gradually, and the vibration amplitude of the structure decreases under the dynamic load of the unit. However, when the floor thickness reaches a certain value, the increase of the natural vibration frequency and the decrease of the structure amplitude become smaller and smaller. In contrast, increasing the number of columns and section size is more favorable to the vibration resistance of the floor than increasing the thickness of the floor, but it may cause difficulties in the layout of the factory building. Therefore, concrete floor structure type and vertical column layout should be considered comprehensively in practical engineering, such as concrete square quantity, construction difficulty and structural arrangement.
