抽水蓄能電站水力機(jī)組過渡過程的仿真計算

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,整個社會生產(chǎn)生活的用電規(guī)模越來越大,電力系統(tǒng)隨之日漸復(fù)雜,電網(wǎng)安全日顯重要,抽水蓄能電站在電網(wǎng)當(dāng)中的作用已由開始的調(diào)峰填谷逐步的過渡成為電網(wǎng)的保安工具,在維系電網(wǎng)安全的同時,其自身的安全性必須得到保障,而抽水蓄能電站水力機(jī)組的過渡過程是威脅電站安全運(yùn)行的主要因素,對抽水蓄能電站前期的設(shè)計施工和后期的運(yùn)行進(jìn)行過渡過程的計算是電站的主要問題之一,本文正是在這樣的背景下進(jìn)行的研究。 本文以南方電網(wǎng)某抽水蓄能電站為例對其進(jìn)行水力機(jī)組過渡過程的仿真計算,從理論到仿真進(jìn)行了深入的研究。首先,概述了我國水電事業(yè)的發(fā)展,以及抽水蓄能電站的基本原理及其組成、工作特性、在電網(wǎng)中的作用以及國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展趨勢,同時介紹了過渡過程的原理;其次推導(dǎo)出計算水力機(jī)組過渡過程的運(yùn)動方程和連續(xù)性方程,及其所采用計算方法—特征線法,并且對可逆式水泵水輪機(jī)進(jìn)行了全特性曲線的處理。最后在已知電站的基本資料的情況下,利用Matlab/simulink軟件對可逆式水泵水輪機(jī)組進(jìn)行了五種常規(guī)工況、十一種特殊工況和二種疊加工況轉(zhuǎn)化下模擬計算了球閥上游側(cè)的最大壓力,蝸殼末端的最大動水壓力,尾水管的真空度以及機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)速上升最大值等大波動過渡過程,得出了計算結(jié)果和仿真圖,并且給出了改善大波動過渡過程的一些措施。同時計算出了電站在發(fā)生小波動過渡過程和水力干擾時的最大出力、最小出力、最高涌浪水位和最低涌浪水位,可為同類型抽水蓄能電站的前期設(shè)計和后期運(yùn)行提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, the scale of power consumption in the whole society is becoming larger and larger, the power system is becoming more and more complex, and the security of power grid is becoming more and more important. The role of pumped-storage power stations in the power network has gradually changed from peak shaving and valley filling into security tools for the power grid. While maintaining the security of the power grid, its own security must be guaranteed. The transient process of hydraulic unit in pumped storage power station is the main factor threatening the safe operation of the power station. The design and construction of the pumped storage power station in the early stage and the calculation of the transition process in the later operation are one of the main problems of the power station. This paper is in this context of the research. In this paper, a pumped-storage power station in Southern Power Grid is taken as an example to simulate the transient process of hydraulic unit. First of all, the development of hydropower industry in China, the basic principle and composition of pumped storage power station, its working characteristics, the function in power grid and the development trend at home and abroad are summarized. At the same time, the principle of transition process is introduced. Secondly, the equations of motion and continuity of the transient process of hydraulic units are derived, and the calculation method, the characteristic line method, is adopted, and the full characteristic curve of reversible pump turbine is treated. Finally, under the condition that the basic data of the power station is known, the maximum pressure on the upstream side of the ball valve is simulated and calculated by Matlab / Simulink software under five normal working conditions, eleven special working conditions and two superimposed working conditions by using Matlab / Simulink software. The maximum hydrodynamic pressure at the end of the volute, the vacuum degree of the draft tube and the maximum value of the increase in the unit speed are obtained. The calculation results and simulation diagrams are obtained, and some measures to improve the transition process of the large fluctuation are given. At the same time, the maximum output force, the minimum output force, the maximum surge water level and the lowest surge water level are calculated, which can provide a reference for the early design and later operation of the same type pumped storage power station.
