【摘要】：堆石壩工程中細(xì)料壓實度、粗料孔隙率是施工質(zhì)量控制的一個重要指標(biāo)。從保證測試精度角度而言,應(yīng)采用大粒徑大試坑人工檢測為主;但從工程施工角度而言,為加快施工進(jìn)度,減少因質(zhì)量檢測影響施工時間,檢測試坑不宜過大;因此,施工質(zhì)量檢測要求與現(xiàn)場施工進(jìn)度要求存在一定的矛盾。為解決這一矛盾,兩河口水電站大壩工程在招標(biāo)階段碾壓試驗過程中,開展了一系列施工質(zhì)量快速檢測方法研究。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場碾壓試驗,對核子密度儀法在摻礫土料、堆石料施工質(zhì)量檢查中的運用進(jìn)行了介紹。
[Abstract]:Compaction degree of fine material and porosity of coarse material are important indexes of construction quality control in rockfill dam project. From the point of view of ensuring test precision, the manual inspection of large diameter and large test pit should be adopted, but from the point of view of engineering construction, in order to speed up the construction progress and reduce the construction time affected by quality inspection, the test pit should not be too large. There are some contradictions between construction quality inspection requirements and site construction schedule requirements. In order to solve this contradiction, a series of rapid inspection methods of construction quality were carried out in the rolling test process of the dam project of Lianghekou Hydropower Station in the bidding stage. Based on the field compaction test, the application of nuclear densitometer method in the construction quality inspection of gravel and rockfill materials is introduced.
