面向山西大水網(wǎng)供水系統(tǒng)計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是綜合了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)的綜合性系統(tǒng),廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域,在我國各類供水系統(tǒng)中也得到了越來越多的應(yīng)用。供水系統(tǒng)能夠有效解決我國區(qū)域水資源分布不均的問題,對(duì)于我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。當(dāng)前的供水系統(tǒng)中,特別是越來越多的長(zhǎng)距離供水系統(tǒng)中,其設(shè)備數(shù)量多、安裝位置分散,能源消耗大,運(yùn)行效率較低,管理水平不夠高,發(fā)生事故后會(huì)造成較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失等問題,對(duì)于供水系統(tǒng)的高效安全運(yùn)行和高水平管理提出了較大的挑戰(zhàn)。在供水系統(tǒng)中引入計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),可以對(duì)供水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)和控制,及時(shí)有效的對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行管理控制,提高管理水平,減少維護(hù)費(fèi)用,保證供水系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行。 供水工程自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組成結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,涉及多學(xué)科,它的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn)是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程。本論文基于組態(tài)王開發(fā)平臺(tái),結(jié)合山西省昔陽松溪供水工程實(shí)例,進(jìn)行該供水系統(tǒng)計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為: 1).對(duì)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和供水系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及基本結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究,闡述了分層分布式監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì)及其在供水系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。 2).分析了昔陽松溪供水工程自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)需求,進(jìn)行總體方案的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)常用的流量計(jì)和液位計(jì)從原理上進(jìn)行了對(duì)比和分析,選用差壓液位計(jì)和電磁流量計(jì)作為本工程的硬件設(shè)備;選用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)搭建調(diào)度中心和控制子站的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò);現(xiàn)地控制單元選用西門子公司的CPU315-2PN/DN模塊。 3).以組態(tài)王為軟件平臺(tái),根據(jù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行需求進(jìn)行組態(tài)軟件的開發(fā),組態(tài)軟件通過ODBC同SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行連接,并通過組態(tài)王自帶的SQL語言實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的寫入和查詢。 4).以VB語言作為平臺(tái)開發(fā)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行分析軟件,利用實(shí)測(cè)監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,擬合昔陽松溪供水工程中各水泵的流量揚(yáng)程曲線、流量效率曲線和流量功率曲線,并且可以在監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)用,以期為供水系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行提供技術(shù)支持;并使用該軟件系統(tǒng)對(duì)太原理工大學(xué)供水工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,分析了數(shù)據(jù)出現(xiàn)誤差的原因,對(duì)其他同類工程數(shù)據(jù)的采集和曲線擬合提出建議。 供水系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究所涉及的學(xué)科較廣,對(duì)于供水系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)來說,本文以VB為基礎(chǔ),并以SQL Server作為數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行分析系統(tǒng),對(duì)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析研究,以指導(dǎo)供水系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)合理運(yùn)行,這一點(diǎn)是本論文的最大創(chuàng)新所在。 供水系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究所涉及的學(xué)科較廣,對(duì)于供水系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)來說,本文以VB為基礎(chǔ)開發(fā)了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行分析系統(tǒng),對(duì)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析研究,以指導(dǎo)供水系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)合理運(yùn)行,這一點(diǎn)也是本論文的最大創(chuàng)新。 完善自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的信息傳輸與發(fā)布功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)流域內(nèi)水信息的互聯(lián)互通,包括對(duì)上游的水雨情采集系統(tǒng)和下游的用水調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的互聯(lián)互通,對(duì)于水資源的高效利用,實(shí)現(xiàn)從水雨情預(yù)報(bào)和用水優(yōu)化調(diào)度為一體的計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)制,有重要的意義。這是下一步研究的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Computer automation monitoring system is a comprehensive system which combines computer technology, communication technology and control technology. It is widely used in the field of modern industrial control. It has also been used more and more in all kinds of water supply systems in our country. The water supply system can effectively solve the problem of the uneven distribution of water resources in the area of our country, and it can be used for the national people in our country. The economic development is of great significance. In the current water supply system, especially in more and more long distance water supply systems, the number of equipment, the decentralization of the installation position, the high energy consumption, the low operation efficiency, the low management level, the great economic loss after the accident and the efficient and safe operation of the water supply system. The introduction of computer automation monitoring system in the water supply system can carry out remote monitoring and control of the water supply system, manage and control the system effectively, improve the management level, reduce the maintenance cost, and ensure the safe operation of the water supply system.
The automatic monitoring and control system of water supply engineering is complex and involves multidisciplinary. Its design, development and realization is a complex system engineering. Based on the Kingview development platform and the example of Songxi water supply project in Xiyang of Shanxi Province, the development and research of the computer monitoring system of the water supply system are carried out. The main research contents are as follows:
1). The present situation of the industrial field automation monitoring system and the development status and basic structure of the automatic monitoring and control system of water supply system are studied. The advantages of the structure of the hierarchical distributed monitoring system and its application in the water supply system are expounded.
2) analysis the design requirements of Xiyang Songxi water supply engineering automation monitoring system, design the overall plan, compare and analyze the common flowmeter and liquid level meter in principle, choose differential pressure liquid level meter and electromagnetic flowmeter as the hardware equipment of this project, and choose industrial Ethernet to build scheduling center and control sub station. The CPU315-2PN/DN module of SIEMENS is used in the local control unit.
3). Using the Kingview as the software platform, the configuration software is developed according to the system operation requirement. The configuration software is connected to the SQL Server database through ODBC, and the database is written and inquired through the SQL language of the Kingview.
4). Using the VB language as the platform development system operation analysis software, using the measured monitoring data to carry out systematic analysis, fitting the flow head curve, flow efficiency curve and flow power curve of each water pump in Songxi water supply project in Xiyang, and can be adjusted in real time in the monitoring system, so as to provide technical support for the operation of water supply system. The software system is used to fit the data of the water supply Engineering Laboratory of Taiyuan University of Technology, and the reasons for the error of the data are analyzed. Some suggestions for other similar engineering data collection and curve fitting are put forward.
The research of automatic monitoring and control system of water supply system involves a wide range of subjects. For the automatic monitoring and control system of water supply system, this paper is based on VB, and uses SQL Server as the database to develop the operation analysis system of the monitoring system, and analyzes the collected data in order to guide the rational operation of the water supply system. Point is the biggest innovation in this paper.
The research of automatic monitoring and control system of water supply system involves a wide range of subjects. For the automatic monitoring and control system of water supply system, the operation analysis system of the monitoring system is developed on the basis of VB, and the data collected is analyzed and studied to guide the economic and rational operation of the water supply system. This is the greatest innovation of this paper.
The information transmission and release function of the automatic monitoring system can be perfected to realize the interconnection and intercommunication of water information in the river basin, including the interconnection of the upstream water and rain collection system and the downstream water dispatching system, the efficient use of water resources, and the realization of the computer automation monitoring from the water rain forecast and the optimal dispatching of water. Important. This is the focus of the next step of research.
