【摘要】:東北大歹水庫(kù)除險(xiǎn)加固設(shè)計(jì)是基于實(shí)際工程問(wèn)題進(jìn)行的分析計(jì)算和評(píng)價(jià)研究。研究對(duì)象東北大歹水庫(kù)為小(1)型攔河水庫(kù),庫(kù)壩址以上流域面積為14km2,存在安全隱患,如水庫(kù)防洪標(biāo)準(zhǔn)低,現(xiàn)狀防洪能力不足20年一遇;水庫(kù)主、副壩高程不足;大壩斷面尺寸不足;滲流穩(wěn)定不滿足《碾壓式土石壩設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》要求,大壩迎、背水坡無(wú)護(hù)坡工程以及溢洪道輸水渠道無(wú)防護(hù)措,消能設(shè)施損壞嚴(yán)重。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,做了如下工作,首先,利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和搜集的資料對(duì)水庫(kù)進(jìn)行水文分析計(jì)算,其中在設(shè)計(jì)年徑流時(shí),由于東北大歹水庫(kù)無(wú)實(shí)測(cè)徑流資料,采用水文比擬法和年徑流等值線法兩種方法計(jì)算,進(jìn)行對(duì)比計(jì)算分析;在設(shè)計(jì)洪水時(shí)采用本次設(shè)計(jì)選用 鐵地法‖和 地區(qū)洪水綜合法‖計(jì)算水庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)洪峰、洪量;采用水量平衡原理進(jìn)行調(diào)洪演算,再依據(jù)調(diào)洪演算結(jié)果進(jìn)行抗洪能力復(fù)核;其次,利用對(duì)巖土進(jìn)行取樣分析和原位測(cè)試得到大壩填土的各項(xiàng)物理力學(xué)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),評(píng)價(jià)壩體的穩(wěn)定性,壩基承載力以及飽和砂土液化等;采樣分析水庫(kù)地表水和地下水水質(zhì),評(píng)價(jià)環(huán)境水對(duì)砼的侵蝕性;查找區(qū)域地震資料,評(píng)價(jià)穩(wěn)定性;最后,利用上述分析計(jì)算的成果,再結(jié)合相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,進(jìn)行東北大歹水庫(kù)除險(xiǎn)加固設(shè)計(jì),包括除險(xiǎn)加固設(shè)計(jì)、環(huán)境保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)和施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。計(jì)算成果和結(jié)論為東北大歹水庫(kù)總庫(kù)容125.43萬(wàn)m3的小(1)型水庫(kù),水庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)洪水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為20年一遇,校核洪水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為100年一遇。水庫(kù)壩址以上流域面積為14km2。設(shè)計(jì)水位(P=5%)為407.48m,相應(yīng)庫(kù)容84.20萬(wàn)m3;校核水位(P=1%)為408.04m,相應(yīng)庫(kù)容112.30萬(wàn)m3。主壩長(zhǎng)270m,副壩長(zhǎng)500m,溢洪道底坎高程406.00m,設(shè)計(jì)水位時(shí)泄量63.00m3/s,校核水位時(shí)泄量97.90m3/s。工程總工期為8個(gè)月。
[Abstract]:The reinforcement design of Dahe Reservoir in Northeast China is based on the analysis, calculation and evaluation of practical engineering problems. The research object of this paper is the Xiaodao 1) type river block reservoir in Northeast China. The basin area above the dam site is 14km2, which has hidden dangers, such as the low flood control standard of reservoir, the current flood control capacity is less than 20 years, the elevation of reservoir main dam and secondary dam is insufficient; The size of the section of the dam is insufficient, the seepage stability does not meet the requirements of the Design Code of the Roller Earth and Rock Dam, the dam welcomes the dam, the backwater slope has no slope protection works and the spillway water conveyance channel has no protective measures, and the energy dissipation facilities are seriously damaged. In view of the existing problems, the following work has been done. Firstly, the hydrological analysis and calculation of the reservoir are carried out by using the field investigation and the collected data. In the design of the annual runoff, there are no measured runoff data in the Northeast Daye Reservoir. The hydrological analogy method and the annual runoff isoline method are adopted to calculate the reservoir design Hong Feng and flood volume. The principle of water balance is used to calculate flood control, and then the flood control capacity is checked according to the result of flood control. Secondly, the physical and mechanical index data of dam fill are obtained by sampling and analysis of rock and soil and in-situ test. Evaluation of dam stability, dam foundation bearing capacity and saturated sand liquefaction; sampling analysis of reservoir surface water and groundwater quality, evaluation of environmental water erosion of concrete; search for regional seismic data, evaluation of stability; finally, Based on the results of above analysis and calculation, combined with the requirements of relevant codes, the design of danger removal and reinforcement of Dawei Reservoir in Northeast China is carried out, including the design of danger removal and reinforcement, the design of environmental protection and the design of construction organization. The calculation results and conclusions are as follows: the design flood standard of the reservoir is once in 20 years and the check flood standard is once in 100 years, the total storage capacity of Dahe Reservoir is 1.2543 million m ~ 3 in the Northeast of China, and the design flood standard of the reservoir is only once in 20 years. The basin area above the dam site is 14km2. The design water level is 407.48 m, the corresponding storage capacity is 842000 m3, and the check water level is 408.04 m, and the corresponding storage capacity is 1.123 million m3. The length of main dam is 270 m, the length of secondary dam is 500 m, the height of spillway bottom is 406.00 m, the discharge of design water level is 63.00 m3 / s, and the discharge amount is 97.90 m3 / s when checking water level. The total duration of the project is 8 months.
