中國(guó)水資源強(qiáng)度的區(qū)域差異和極化程度研究

【摘要】:研究了2003—2014年我國(guó)水資源強(qiáng)度的區(qū)域差異和極化程度。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):1我國(guó)各區(qū)域的水資源強(qiáng)度均呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),西北區(qū)域的水資源強(qiáng)度最高,華北區(qū)域最低。2全國(guó)層面的水資源強(qiáng)度基尼系數(shù)一般比區(qū)域?qū)用娲。在八大區(qū)域中,西北區(qū)域水資源強(qiáng)度的基尼系數(shù)最大,長(zhǎng)江中下游區(qū)域最小。水資源強(qiáng)度泰爾指數(shù)的測(cè)算結(jié)果與此類(lèi)似。3在水資源強(qiáng)度基尼系數(shù)的分解項(xiàng)中,區(qū)域間水資源強(qiáng)度的差異最大。4表征水資源強(qiáng)度極化程度的ER指數(shù)值大于對(duì)應(yīng)年度的EGR指數(shù)值和MU指數(shù)值,且這三種指數(shù)均呈下降趨勢(shì)。因此,水資源強(qiáng)度較高的區(qū)域要調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),向水資源強(qiáng)度較低的區(qū)域?qū)W習(xí)節(jié)水灌溉等技術(shù),提高水資源的利用效率。
[Abstract]:The regional difference and polarization degree of water resources intensity in China from 2003 to 2014 were studied. The results show that the water resources intensity in each region of China has a downward trend, the water resources intensity in the northwest region is the highest, and the Gini coefficient of the water resources intensity in the North China region is generally higher than that in the regional level. Among the eight regions, the Gini coefficient of water resources intensity is the largest in the northwest region and the smallest in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The calculation results of the water resource intensity Thiel index are similar to those obtained in the decomposition of the water resources intensity Gini coefficient. The difference of water resources intensity between regions is the largest. 4. The ER index value which indicates the polarization degree of water resources intensity is larger than that of EGR index and MU index in the corresponding year, and these three indexes show a downward trend. Therefore, the regions with higher water resources intensity should adjust the industrial structure, learn water saving irrigation techniques from the regions with low water resources intensity, and improve the utilization efficiency of water resources.
