面向自動(dòng)測(cè)流閘門的傳感器開發(fā)

【摘要】:閘門開啟高度和閘門上、下游水位是實(shí)現(xiàn)閘門測(cè)流的必要參數(shù),隨著測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的不斷更新完善,閘門測(cè)控系統(tǒng)對(duì)兩個(gè)測(cè)量參數(shù)的精度要求越來越高。目前國內(nèi)外廣泛使用的閘門開度測(cè)量裝置和水位測(cè)量裝置存在各種不足,特別當(dāng)是應(yīng)用于野外惡劣環(huán)境下時(shí),傳感測(cè)量裝置的性能受到很大影響,因此,開發(fā)面向自動(dòng)測(cè)流閘門的傳感器是十分必要的。 論文主要研究設(shè)計(jì)了幾種適用于閘門開度測(cè)量的傳感器和閘門上、下游水位測(cè)量的傳感器,并對(duì)開發(fā)的傳感器進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,具體內(nèi)容有以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)設(shè)計(jì)了兩線制4-20mA輸出信號(hào)的變阻式角度傳感器,進(jìn)行了傳感器機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和電路設(shè)計(jì),并完成了角度傳感器的制作和調(diào)試。 (2)設(shè)計(jì)了四種非接觸磁敏角度傳感器,包括數(shù)字信號(hào)(RS485接口、RS232接口)輸出型和模擬信號(hào)(0-5V、4-20mA)輸出型。進(jìn)行了傳感器機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和電路設(shè)計(jì),并完成了幾種傳感器的嵌入式程序設(shè)計(jì),制作完幾種型號(hào)的非接觸磁敏角度傳感器后進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析,驗(yàn)證了適用于面向自動(dòng)測(cè)流閘門開度測(cè)量的可行性。 (3)設(shè)計(jì)了一種超聲波水位傳感器,根據(jù)超聲波測(cè)距原理。并且結(jié)合溫度補(bǔ)償?shù)姆椒ㄟM(jìn)行了傳感器電路和程序的設(shè)計(jì),在傳感器制作完成后進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn),并且進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析。 (4)使用PMAC運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡和伺服電機(jī)搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),進(jìn)行位置環(huán)和速度環(huán)的雙閉環(huán)控制,測(cè)試閘門開度傳感器的性能。搭建超聲波水位傳感器的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),完成對(duì)超聲波水位傳感器的性能測(cè)試 根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,表明了設(shè)計(jì)的角度傳感器和超聲波水位傳感器適用于自動(dòng)測(cè)流閘門開度和水位測(cè)量。
[Abstract]:The gate opening height and the gate and the downstream water level are the necessary parameters to realize the gate flow measurement . As the measurement and control system is continuously updated and perfected , the accuracy requirement of the gate measurement and control system is getting higher and higher . At present , the gate opening measurement device and the water level measuring device widely used at home and abroad have various deficiencies , especially when being applied to the harsh environment in the field , the performance of the sensing measuring device is greatly influenced . Therefore , it is necessary to develop the sensor which faces the automatic flow metering gate .
In this paper , several sensors and sensors suitable for gate opening measurement and downstream water level measurement are designed , and the developed sensors are tested and tested . The specific contents include the following aspects :
( 1 ) The variable resistance angle sensor of 4 - 20mA output signal is designed , the mechanical structure and circuit design of the sensor are carried out , and the manufacturing and debugging of the angle sensor are completed .
( 2 ) Four kinds of non - contact magnetic sensitive angle sensors are designed , including digital signal ( RS485 interface , RS232 interface ) output type and analog signal ( 0 - 5V , 4 - 20mA ) output type .
( 3 ) An ultrasonic water level sensor is designed . According to the ultrasonic distance measurement principle , the design of the sensor circuit and the program is carried out by combining the temperature compensation method , and the experiment is carried out after the sensor fabrication is completed , and the experimental data analysis is carried out .
( 4 ) constructing an experimental platform by using a PMAC motion control card and a servo motor , performing double closed - loop control of the position ring and the speed loop , testing the performance of the gate opening degree sensor , establishing an experimental platform of the ultrasonic water level sensor , and completing the performance test on the ultrasonic water level sensor
According to the experimental results , it is shown that the designed angle sensor and ultrasonic water level sensor are suitable for the opening and water level measurement of the automatic metering gate .
