基于多目標動態(tài)規(guī)劃算法的水庫興利優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對多階段多目標水庫優(yōu)化調(diào)度問題,以邯鄲市東武仕水庫興利調(diào)度為例,通過設(shè)計頻率P=20%的入庫徑流和需水過程,構(gòu)建了基于水力效益和耗水效益的水庫興利優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型;基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法中的非支配排序策略,提出了多目標動態(tài)規(guī)劃算法,獲得了多目標優(yōu)化的帕累托(Pareto)最優(yōu)目標集;針對可能的目標偏好,計算水庫各月的泄水量和缺水量。結(jié)果表明,多目標動態(tài)規(guī)劃算法能獲得水庫興利調(diào)度目標值的一個Pareto前沿;在任何階段,針對同一月末庫容,所有目標值均構(gòu)成一個Pareto前沿。
