基于選擇實驗法的巢湖水資源非市場價值研究

【摘要】:選擇實驗法是當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外用于分析資源環(huán)境價值的前沿方法,可以用來估算居民心中公共物品的經(jīng)濟價值。目前我國少有學(xué)者將該方法應(yīng)用于湖泊水資源價值評估。論文嘗試將選擇實驗法引入湖泊水資源非市場價值評估中,以安徽巢湖為例展開實證研究,建立多項對數(shù)模型(Multinomial Logit)和混合對數(shù)模型(Mixed Logit)對巢湖水資源非市場價值進行測算。主要研究結(jié)果表明:1城鎮(zhèn)居民的支付意愿普遍高于農(nóng)村居民;2三個屬性中,城鄉(xiāng)居民對湖泊自然景觀的關(guān)注度最高,其次是長江水引入量,最后是水體富營養(yǎng)化;3基于多項對數(shù)模型估測未來10年巢湖水資源非市場價值約為60.74億元/年,其中城鎮(zhèn)居民年均支付意愿為160.8元/戶,農(nóng)村居民年均支付意愿為9.9元/戶;而基于混合對數(shù)模型估測未來10年巢湖水資源非市場價值約為44.66億元/年,城鎮(zhèn)居民年均支付意愿為111.75元/戶,農(nóng)村居民年均支付意愿為21.77元/戶。
[Abstract]:The selective experiment method is the frontier method used to analyze the value of resources and environment at home and abroad. It can be used to estimate the economic value of public goods in residents' hearts. At present, few scholars in China have applied this method to the evaluation of lake water resources value. This paper attempts to introduce the selective experimental method into the non-market value assessment of lake water resources. Taking Chaohu Lake, Anhui Province as an example, an empirical study was carried out. The multivariate logarithmic model and mixed logarithmic model were established to measure the non-market value of water resources in Chaohu Lake. Urban and rural residents pay the most attention to the natural landscape of the lake, followed by the amount of water introduced into the Yangtze River. Finally, the eutrophication of water body is estimated to be about 6.074 billion yuan per year in the next 10 years based on multiple logarithmic models. The average annual willingness of urban residents to pay is 160.8 yuan per household, and that of rural residents is 9.9 yuan per household, while the non-market value of Chaohu water resources in the next 10 years is estimated to be about 4.466 billion yuan per year based on the mixed logarithmic model. The average annual willingness of urban residents to pay is 111.75 yuan per household, while that of rural residents is 21.77 yuan per household.
