縫洞型碳酸鹽巖氣藏多層合采供氣能力實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:在孔隙型、孔洞型和縫洞型巖心CT掃描、壓汞資料分析儲(chǔ)集層微觀孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)特征的基礎(chǔ)上,建立多層合采物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?研究了層間非均質(zhì)性、生產(chǎn)壓差、含水飽和度和水侵等因素對(duì)供氣能力的影響,并采用Eclipse軟件建立多層合采徑向流模型對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。研究表明:縫洞型儲(chǔ)集層滲流能力強(qiáng),前期產(chǎn)氣貢獻(xiàn)大,孔洞型和孔隙型儲(chǔ)集層滲流能力較弱,產(chǎn)氣貢獻(xiàn)主要體現(xiàn)在中后期;儲(chǔ)集層滲透率的絕對(duì)大小影響自身的產(chǎn)能貢獻(xiàn)率,相對(duì)大小影響多層合采總采收率;合理的生產(chǎn)壓差下各類儲(chǔ)集層之間可以達(dá)到"動(dòng)態(tài)補(bǔ)給平衡"供氣狀態(tài);縫洞型儲(chǔ)集層產(chǎn)氣能力受邊底水影響較小,但會(huì)優(yōu)先見水并封堵其他儲(chǔ)集層,大幅降低合采供氣能力與采收率。
[Abstract]:On the basis of pore type, pore type and fracture type core CT scanning and mercury injection data analysis of microscopic pore structure characteristics of reservoir, a physical simulation experimental model of multilayer combined production is established, and the heterogeneity between layers and the production pressure difference are studied. The effects of water saturation and water invasion on the gas supply capacity were investigated and the experimental results were verified by using Eclipse software to establish a radial flow model for multilayer combined production. The results show that the percolation capacity of fracture and cavernous reservoir is strong, the contribution of gas production is great in the early stage, the percolation ability of pore type and pore type reservoir is weak, the contribution of gas production is mainly reflected in the middle and late stage, the absolute size of reservoir permeability affects its productivity contribution rate. The relative size affects the total recovery factor of multilayer combined production, the dynamic recharge equilibrium can be achieved between various reservoirs under reasonable production pressure difference, and the gas production capacity of the fractured reservoir is less affected by the edge and bottom water. However, water will be seen first and other reservoirs will be blocked, and the combined production capacity and oil recovery will be greatly reduced.
