城市街道活力的定量評(píng)估與塑造策略

【摘要】:城市街道作為城市系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)單元,既是城市公共空間的重要組成,也是組織城市公共生活的媒介。然而,隨著城市化的快速發(fā)展,當(dāng)今城市街道已出現(xiàn)背離活力的趨向,傳統(tǒng)的街道和公共生活正在逐漸消失。我們目前面臨的問題是:在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、高速化流動(dòng)交織的當(dāng)代城市如何構(gòu)建以人為核心、具有多樣性的現(xiàn)代城市街道公共生活空間。審視目前我國(guó)城市街道的現(xiàn)狀和理論發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,研究如何塑造有活力的街道具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本研究通過系統(tǒng)梳理城市街道理論研究的現(xiàn)狀,確立了以大連市的街道為研究案例的針對(duì)“街道活力”的專門研究,以提出符合當(dāng)代發(fā)展特征及滿足現(xiàn)代城市居民需求的街道活力塑造策略。首先,文章通過對(duì)街道及生活性街道的概念的解讀,進(jìn)一步確定了街道活力的外在表征和構(gòu)成要素兩方面的概念內(nèi)涵。其次,從街道上人們的社會(huì)活動(dòng)這一外在表征和支持社會(huì)活動(dòng)的街道活力構(gòu)成的環(huán)境要素出發(fā),分別選擇兩個(gè)維度的相應(yīng)的評(píng)估指標(biāo),進(jìn)而形成了定量的街道活力評(píng)估體系框架。然后,依據(jù)提出的定量評(píng)估體系框架,選取了大連市的典型的生活性街道作為實(shí)際的案例研究對(duì)象,通過調(diào)研街道上的行人活動(dòng)和街道物質(zhì)環(huán)境特征這兩個(gè)維度的量化數(shù)據(jù),選用歸納對(duì)比和SPSS相關(guān)性分析的方法,確定了對(duì)活力的產(chǎn)生有重要影響的街道環(huán)境特征。最后,從影響街道活力的街道宏觀和微觀物質(zhì)環(huán)境出發(fā),分析并探討了營(yíng)造街道活力的兩大原則:可達(dá)性原則、交混原則,又依據(jù)這兩個(gè)原則分別探討了具體的營(yíng)造街道活力的設(shè)計(jì)手法。 論文提出的街道活力定量評(píng)估體系框架作為一個(gè)有益的探索,希望一方面通過評(píng)估現(xiàn)狀街道活力為科學(xué)、合理地制定城市規(guī)劃和相關(guān)建設(shè)決策提供客觀依據(jù),另一方面也為評(píng)估街道規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供一個(gè)可操作的指標(biāo)體系。另外,論文的研究結(jié)果表明,宏觀方面街區(qū)的社會(huì)功能分布、街道的交通可達(dá)性、街道的空間開放程度和微觀方面的物理設(shè)施、土地利用和社會(huì)場(chǎng)所是影響街道活力的重要因素。根據(jù)這些結(jié)論探索的街道活力塑造策略和具體設(shè)計(jì)手法對(duì)城市設(shè)計(jì)、社區(qū)規(guī)劃和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展政策的制定都有一定的啟示。
[Abstract]:As the basic unit of urban system, urban street is not only an important component of urban public space, but also a medium for organizing urban public life. However, with the rapid development of urbanization, today's urban streets have deviated from vitality, and the traditional streets and public life are gradually disappearing. The problem we are facing at present is how to construct the public living space of modern urban streets with people as the core and diversity in the network and high-speed mobile intertwined contemporary cities. It is of great practical significance to examine the current situation and theoretical development of urban streets in China and to study how to shape dynamic streets. This study systematically combs the current situation of urban street theory research, and establishes a special study on "street vitality", which takes Dalian street as a case study. In order to meet the characteristics of contemporary development and to meet the needs of modern urban residents of street vitality shaping strategy. First of all, through the interpretation of the concept of street and living street, the concept connotation of external representation and constituent elements of street vitality is further determined. Secondly, from the street people's social activities as an external representation and supporting the social activities of the street vitality of the composition of the environmental elements, respectively choose the two dimensions of the corresponding assessment indicators. Then formed a quantitative evaluation system framework of street vitality. Then, according to the proposed quantitative evaluation system framework, selected the typical living streets in Dalian as the actual case study object, through investigating the pedestrian activities on the streets and street material environmental characteristics of the two dimensions of quantitative data. By using the methods of inductive comparison and SPSS correlation analysis, the characteristics of street environment which have an important influence on the vitality were determined. Finally, from the street macro-environment and micro-environment which influence the street vitality, this paper analyzes and discusses the two principles of building street vitality: accessibility principle, blending principle, and so on. On the basis of these two principles, the concrete design methods of building street vitality are also discussed. As a useful exploration, the quantitative evaluation system framework of street vitality put forward in this paper hopes, on the one hand, to provide objective basis for the scientific and reasonable formulation of urban planning and related construction decision-making through evaluating the current situation of street vitality. On the other hand, it also provides an operational index system for evaluating street planning and design. In addition, the research results of this paper show that the distribution of social function, the accessibility of traffic, the degree of space opening and the physical facilities of microcosmic aspects of the street are discussed in this paper. Land use and social places are important factors that affect street vitality. According to these conclusions, the street vitality shaping strategies and specific design methods have some enlightenment on the urban design, community planning and economic development policy formulation.
