【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速健康發(fā)展，建設(shè)規(guī)模也呈逐年上升的趨勢(shì)，并且建筑業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)社會(huì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，那么在建設(shè)的過(guò)程中，工程建設(shè)管理就顯得尤為重要，其中最為重要的還是質(zhì)量管理，沒(méi)有質(zhì)量，任何工程的建設(shè)就顯得毫無(wú)意義�！鞍倌甏笥�(jì)，質(zhì)量第一”這一句話對(duì)于任何一個(gè)建筑企業(yè)來(lái)講都是至關(guān)重要的，工程質(zhì)量關(guān)系到人民的人身安全和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，，進(jìn)一步影響到企業(yè)的信譽(yù)與形象，質(zhì)量過(guò)硬的工程又會(huì)帶來(lái)更好的社會(huì)效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。近些年來(lái)，建筑業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，它引導(dǎo)著中國(guó)許多個(gè)其它產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，所以建筑工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量進(jìn)一步的會(huì)影響到多產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，從而影響中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。中國(guó)需要的是質(zhì)量符合我國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的工程，我們需要向這樣一個(gè)目標(biāo)不斷地努力。 本文首先對(duì)橫琴梧桐樹(shù)大廈基坑支護(hù)工程項(xiàng)目（文章中簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“WTS工程項(xiàng)目”）進(jìn)行了介紹，其次對(duì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了研究，這一部分主要包括：影響項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的主要因素；項(xiàng)目管理目標(biāo)；項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程質(zhì)量管理；項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和重要環(huán)境因素控制；項(xiàng)目施工階段的質(zhì)量控制和項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收階段的質(zhì)量控制等方面。其次再對(duì)WTS工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理給出改進(jìn)措施，這一部分包括規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)；施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃及保證措施階段；施工準(zhǔn)備階段，工程收尾等階段幾個(gè)方面提出了質(zhì)量管理的改進(jìn)措施。最后給出了在完成整個(gè)工程過(guò)程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and healthy development of our economy, the construction scale is also rising year by year, and the construction industry has become the pillar industry of our society, so in the process of construction, engineering construction management is particularly important. The most important thing is quality management. Without quality, the construction of any project is meaningless. "A hundred years plan, quality first" is very important for any construction enterprise. Project quality is related to people's personal safety and property safety, and further affects the reputation and image of the enterprise. The project with excellent quality will bring better social and economic benefits in recent years. The construction industry is booming, it guides the development of many other industries in China, so the quality of the construction project will further affect the development of multi-industry. What China needs is a project with quality in line with our socialist construction, and we need to make continuous efforts towards such a goal. In this paper, the foundation pit support project of Hengqin WuTongshu Building (referred to as "WTS Project") is introduced, and then the quality management planning of the project is studied. This part mainly includes: the main factors that affect the quality of the project; Project management objectives; Project design process quality management; Project risk control and important environmental factors control; The quality control of the construction stage and the acceptance stage of the project. Secondly, the improvement measures of WTS project quality management are given, which include planning and design; Stage of construction progress plan and guarantee measure; The improvement measures of quality management are put forward in the construction preparation stage and the final stage of the project. Finally, the experience in the completion of the whole project is summarized.
