【摘要】：高校歷史建筑具有一定的歷史底蘊(yùn),是文化的載體和精神的象征。優(yōu)秀的校園歷史建筑不僅能體現(xiàn)一所大學(xué)的校園風(fēng)貌,往往也是城市文化延續(xù)的標(biāo)志。自然災(zāi)害和人為的破壞使得很多歷史建筑消失,如何保護(hù)好幸存的高校歷史建筑是我們亟待解決的問題。 我國(guó)對(duì)歷史建筑保護(hù)的工作起步時(shí)間尚晚,尤其在高校歷史建筑的保護(hù)工作中也存在很多的問題。近年來(lái),高校不斷拓展建設(shè)、功能異化、異地搬遷等現(xiàn)象也給高校歷史建筑保護(hù)工作帶來(lái)較大的困難。 本文采用借鑒國(guó)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)、對(duì)比分析、文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)地調(diào)研、指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)等方法展開對(duì)高校歷史建筑保護(hù)的研究。本研究系以浙江大學(xué)歷史建筑保護(hù)為例,在充分了解其歷史建筑分布及保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀的前提下,通過(guò)建立高校歷史建筑保護(hù)情況評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系并采用模糊層次分析法確定權(quán)重,然后運(yùn)用該指標(biāo)體系對(duì)浙江大學(xué)歷史建筑保護(hù)情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)際測(cè)評(píng),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策及措施。愿通過(guò)本研究能為今后浙江大學(xué)乃至全國(guó)的高校在制定歷史建筑保護(hù)決策時(shí)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The historical buildings of colleges and universities have a certain historical background, which is the carrier of culture and the symbol of spirit. The excellent historical buildings on campus can not only reflect the style and features of a university. Natural disasters and man-made destruction make many historical buildings disappear. How to protect the surviving historical buildings in colleges and universities is an urgent problem to be solved. The protection of historical buildings in our country is still late, especially in the protection of historical buildings in colleges and universities, there are many problems. In recent years, colleges and universities continue to expand the construction, function alienation. The phenomenon of relocation also brings great difficulties to the protection of historical buildings in colleges and universities. This paper uses the successful experience of foreign countries, comparative analysis, literature research, field research, index evaluation and other methods to carry out the research on the protection of historical buildings in colleges and universities. This research department takes the conservation of historical buildings of Zhejiang University as an example. On the premise of fully understanding the distribution of historical buildings and the status quo of protection, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of historical buildings protection in colleges and universities and uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight. Then use the index system to evaluate the history building protection of Zhejiang University. On the basis of this, the corresponding countermeasures and measures are put forward. It is hoped that this study can be used as a reference for Zhejiang University and even colleges and universities throughout the country in making decisions on the protection of historical buildings in the future.
